Got 4 brand new tires from them, within 3 days the tire is completely flat and upon filling it up, found that valve stem is cut half way. Had to leave for a business trip and got back. Called to have the valve stem fixed and was told to call back later, that they dont have the tools on hand right now. I understand there is a worker shortage, but I got a flat driving, this should have been found during the install of tires. Completely unsafe and terrible customer service to rectify their mistake.

Although I wasn’t able to get a tire from here, the guys were very helpful and informative and kind. I’m on crutches and they made sure to it that I don’t do anything myself. Appreciate you fellas

Paul the counter guy is very helpful. I do my own repairs so most times my visits are for tires or inspections. I can say they are honest and fair during inspections. I say this with knowledge because I used to do inspections myself.

Christmas Eve, 2020. Late afternoon. Picked up a nail. Googled a competitors name, but clicked on the wrong listing. Everything happens for a reason people! Got in there, back out in 20 minutes. While I was waiting, asked Pat for a few prices on the tires I am planning on buying 4 of in the spring. He beat the other guys by $50 per tire. Then he asks me why I am looking for new tires, since the ones I have are still in very good shape.Hello? A tire guy not trying to sell you tires you dont need? I think they call that **Honesty**?Between the fast service, awesome treatment, honesty, and good prices.....lets just say I have a new tire place. All because I clicked on the wrong listing. I guess Karma is not so bad when you live your life honestly, and show kindness to others.

One of the things about Mr Tire esp the Phxvlle One is that they are honest and do not scared u with u need to do this vs that etc, which some of their competitors do giving a courtesy vehicle inspection.In my case they found that van oil was in good shapes due to less driving bcos of covid and even thgh close to a year since last oil change and was recommended by a mail from corp HQ, they called and said that oil and filter looks very clean and I need not have an oil change for now at all and did not even charge me for inspection.A rarity among these store chain as I have seen others try to milk you as a customer.Cons:Since located in downtown Phxville, Limited parking.

I had a tire that blew out and needed service. I scheduled an appointment giving my make and model of my car and was approved to come in. Due to my car being 4 wheel drive (known before going into the shop) the manager, Rob, refused me service bc I couldn’t afford 4 brand new tires. I was told it was “standard”,not a policy, but a standard to replace all the tires (up sell). My brother and cousin are both licensed to facilitate state inspections and made me aware that this was not the case. My quick fix was to go to another shop, in which they explained the recommendation, but gave me a 1 brand new tire. Thank you Rob for not listening, not explaining, and denying me service! I’m glad my money went to another establishment.

Super nice people. Walked out of my house to find a flat tire, they were able to get me in same day. Initially went in to purchase 2 new tires, they said they could just fix my flat instead. Expected to pay $350 for tires and install (very fair price for the tires), but walked out paying less than $30 for a flat repair. Good hearted people work here, I plan on going here for all my future car/tire needs!

I went in for an oil chance and the gentleman at the front desk told me it sounded like I had something wrong with my exhaust. The day before that I noticed it sounded extremely loud and was planning to address it the following week when I got paid. When the oil change was done he told me they tightened up my exhaust and only charged me for the oil change. My car sounds better then when I got it. Much love for this company and will absolutely return. Super nice people and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Always reliable, they get my car done in a day (frequently its done in a couple of hours), and they usually have coupons to cut costs. I hate getting work done on my car but these guys are always friendly and helpful. They make suggestions about maintenance on my car but I never feel pushed into anything like a lot of other places. They have helped me out with everything from oil changes to having my car towed to them in the middle of the night because the transmission went - they couldnt help with that but didnt charge me to tell me and recommended a nearby place. The location is also very convenient as I can catch a bus back to my house/work or spend a couple hours in a coffee shop downtown.

I took my car here for the first time recently for an inspection and an oil change. Patrick took care of me and was so friendly and kind. He hooked me up with the latest specials running, and even printed off my insurance and registration papers so I could keep them in my glove compartment. Service was fast and friendly and I plan to return for anything my car needs that I don’t feel like doing myself!

Honest mechanics with fair pricing. The day I decided to exclusively use Mr tire in Phoenixville was after getting an oil change, they said they went to replace the filter per recommended maintenance, but the filter wasnt very dirty. Other places would replace it and charge you saying it was needed. Not here! I recommend them to everyone who asks. Nothing bad to say about them and highly recommend them!

Feel like they pressure sale you. My spark plugs had just been done and they where trying to say they needed to be changed. Also for anyone who wants to know a black fluid flush is never nessecry. Its a hydraulic system that is no where near the engine so its not gonna get stuff in the lines the fluid being dirty does not affect the ability to apply pressure to stop.

Good mechanics here. Mike the owner is super nice and is a real straight shooter. Nothing good comes for free, so dont expect any freebies but expect an honest price for an honest job. Unbeatable battery prices too.What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

If it was possible to get my car in same day, they did it. My last trip was for a wheel alignment. After the alignment process was started, they realized that no alignment was necessary. They were honest and didnt charge me anything. They now have won my business.

One experience and the last. Very overpriced. Deceiving and did not tell me the tire installation did not include alignment. Fast forward 11 months and not excessive driving...tires DONE. Apparently the “thread count” was really low. I was told quality was great when purchased. Non of this is exaggerated and all is fact.

Mr. Tire has always been there for me when I needed them. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, but Pat has gone above and beyond to make sure Im making the right decision and getting the best deal. Ill be using Mr. Tire for all my car needs in the future!

They were good at one time but now they charged me 65 dollars for a full synthetic oil change.When I asked can I do synthetic blend, they said it will be 20 dollars for tire rotation, which used to be free with every oil change. He corrected the price to what I paid in the past. I dont think this kind of customer service is very common. Our transmission in one of our vehicles was severely damaged after a quick fix that was done at this location. While discussing the vehicle at a dealership today, we realized that the person who fixed our vehicle actually ended up only putting a bandaid on the issue. The mechanic literally said, the person who worked on this car only did a quick fix, and they did not rectify the problem.Now, due to this Mr. Tires location, we are facing a $3,200 repair that should have been rectified the first time. We paid this location over $1,000 to fix the problem initially, and they ended up only making it worse. We do NOT recommend this location at all. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your vehicle to this location if you want a reliable, honest service.

Extremely HIGH labor rates!!! My son took his car for brakes. The end result was 2 brakes were installed at the tune of $114/hour labor rate. Highway robbery!!!! You should be ashamed and we are embarrassed that we didnt look into your company closer before dropping off car. Dont worry we will NEVER be back and will tell all our friends and family.Mr Tire....you have replied that you would like to turn our negative experience around. Please do tell who that would be done.At this point between the high labor rate you charge in addition to the hidden $40 shop fee it is hard to have any faith in your company.

Fast service, saved 20%: The staff at Mr. Tire charged 20% less for replacing four 55 k miles tires of my Toyota Yaris compared to Conicelli Toyota. They had completed the work in 45 minutes and did not charge extra for alignment after they had found that alignment wasnt necessary. If you dont like the visual appearance of the store, check out the restaurants and other shops on Bridge street while you are waiting.

I went here to get a Synthetic Blend Oil change. The price was $42 (with a coupon) and they topped of my engine coolant reservoir. My family has gotten service here before and they are very honest and do not try to upcharge you for filters that do not need to be replaced.

Friendly, efficient, and a good price

Took my car in for inspection knowing car had issues with suspension and some other small issues (tie rods, struts and springs) . I basically was taking my car there to see what it needed to pass inspection. When I went to pick up the car it was pretty obvious they didnt look at my car at all failed it cause the check engine light was on and my fog light was broken never said anything about suspension so basically I spent 80 dollars for them to tell me the obvious.

The service is great and the employees are knowledgeable however, the waiting area...ahhh no. If waiting for your vehicle go to one of the local drinking establishments and the service mgr will call you when your vehicle is done. The waiting area is small and grungy.
