I’ve been going here for a couple years. Always reliable and always super nice. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off and they always give me great recommendations. I was there for an oil change recently and they did my inspection early since they already knew it was going to pass so I wouldn’t have to come back the following month.

Quick in and out when I mentioned I did have something important that had just come up. Waiting area is kept very clean. The crew are all very friendly.

Please keep your posted online hours updated, Google and the company website said the shop would be open on Sunday and it wasnt.

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’ve worked in automotive as a technician and service writer for 15 years but recently left (dealership and local). I’ve worked with all sorts of people. Honest and dishonest. These guys are top notch. Today I was driving in the snow when a ton flew off the car in front of me and broke my drivers side windshield wiper. I could barely see and was pretty freaked out. This was the closest place I could get to. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with a friendly and welcoming attitude from the service writer/ manager? I was pretty upset but he was so calm and collected. I explained what happened and he jumped right up and grabbed me a wiper and handed it to a technician (I think his name was Jordan) he came out with a smile as well in the freezing cold snow and put it on for me. No complaints no frustration just kindness. When I tried to pay, the Manager told me not to worry about it and to have a great day. IM BLOWN AWAY. These are rare occurrences in today’s times! Since I no longer do this for a living and my home doesn’t have a garage I am currently looking for a local shop to do some work for me. This will 100% be the place I use. The shop charges so little on maintenance that I won’t even be doing my own oil changes anymore. Would much rather pay these good folks the couple bucks so I don’t have to lay in a gravel driveway. Again thank you both so much. I came in pretty nervous about how I was going to get home without being able to see and left feeling confident and like someone cared. I’ll be calling later this week to make an appointment!

Jeff is a very good manager he listen to what your broblem is and then he gets it fixed

Horrible I used a coupon and did not know my car needed more than 5 quarts of oi and the mechanic did not tell or advise me. They did not offer for me to pay the difference in price. I will never return to the shop. I do not mind paying for good service but please tell the customer what is needed.

Worst experience ever. Will never recommend or bring another vehicle here.

These guys always take the best care of my car!

My mom lives about 5 minutes from this location.and has had numerous things done. Being elderly, it is sometimes hard for her to put windshield wiper fluid and check the air in her tires. The manager and staff are ALWAYS willing to help her out, no matter how small the task is. Always fair on price and never try to up sell her. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you Staff!

I took my car in because it was not running right that day and I did not feel safe driving it with my 2 yr old in the car. The manager Jeff was excellent. He made sure my car was looked at and fixed that day! The shop waiting room was clean and everyone wearing masks. I am so impressed and will only go to Monro in Phoenixville for now on. I have taken my car to this location for all kinds of things. They are always friendly and never make me feel like I am paying for unnecessary work. They will even change a headlight free of charge if you already purchased the bulb. I have never had a negative experience with this business.

What a pleasant experience. I was in a pinch with a flat tire sitting on the rim. Monroe was the closest place to my location so I stopped in. Jeff was unbelievably awesome. He had no clue who I was or if I was ever in the store before, yet he bent over backwards to help me out. He didn’t have a tire in stock so he called around and found me one. He then had one of his guys, Jordan, give me a ride to a tire place so I could buy a new one. After I got the tire he made time on his schedule to switch out my tire ASAP. Truly an awesome experience. They have a returning customer now. Not to mention, this was all on a busy Saturday with snow coming down. Awesome awesome guys.

I took my daughters Jeep Liberty to Monro for an oil change today. The guys are so professional and did a great job in a timely manner!! Brandon went above and beyond helping to fix another separate issue we had !! I highly recommend that you get services done at Monro!

I took my wifes car here to have the oil changed, They found oil was all over the engine everywhere. What happened was that CJs in King of Prussia topped off my wifes car and forgot to put the cap back on. Thank God the cap was still on top of engine and the engine was not blown.Also Monros cleaned up the oil in the engine compartment no extra charge. Very friendly staff.They do great car inspections also.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. Friendly service, honest and accurate estimate. I took my vehicle in for an exhaust leak and I thought the alternator had gone out. Patrick was able to diagnose that the alternator was fine, it just needed a new belt. They got the work done in a day, on time, and for a price that was more than fair. What more can you ask for

I was very impressed with the way the manager answered the phone...Its a great day at Monro how can we help you. Well that Manager Jeff was correct. I had a GREAT day taking my car there. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a detailed explanation and I totally trusted him.Great customer service and promptl service. Ive been coming here for over ten years and have always been happy with the friendliness, professional approach and accurate diagnosis of problems. The attitude is always the same even if if the appointment is just a simple oil change. As a single woman I always have to be on alert for being taken advantage of. That has never been the case at this location. I cant say enough good things about Patrick and the staff at the Phoenixville location of Monroe.

Get a second opinion before having them do any work, especially if the work is required for an inspection!I took my car to Monro for a state inspection, and I was told that the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced because of a leak. They told me it would cost nearly $1500, and I needed it replaced to pass inspection. I asked them clearly multiple times, can it be repaired. No, the entire system must be replaced. According to them, it was beyond repair, and no mechanic could repair it.I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. They told me the exhaust was in decent condition, and it was a minor leak. They welded the exhaust to fix the leak, and charged me only $200! And even more, they told me my front brakes were completely worn out, and were scraping against the wheel. Now Monro performed a State Inspection, and neglected to mention this major problem with my brakes. The other mechanic even showed me the brakes, and they were completely worn. Im amazed that Monro did not even check my brakes. Yet they still managed to charge me $58 (this did include an emission sticker).I did get my oil changed here before, and it was a mostly pleasant experience, and was a somewhat reasonable price.

They repaired my car professional. They didnt push me to have unnecessary work on my vehicle either. The most honest repair shop Ive ever been to. Ill never go anywhere else!

I would recommend this place for oil change only. Ive been going there for what seems to be an eternity (oil change only). Anything else, I would take to my personal mechanic. This place is very expensive. For example, I needed a brake light replaced, they wanted to charge me $30. I went to my local Auto Parts store, pay $2 for the bulb and replace it in 5 minutes.

Reasonable pricing with a professional and courteous staff...cant go wrong.

Had an oil change I had to be back home in 27 minutes to pick up my kid from school they managed to knock out a oil change and what felt like less than 10 and I got home early enough to pick up my kid they gave me great service and theyve always great with appointments

I dropped my car of unannounced the night before in the hopes that they could diagnose and fix the problem. I called the next day and Jeff was great. He diagnosed and had it fixed in a few hours. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys!

Just had our first experience with this location for my Wife’s Mazda CX-5 which was throwing the CheckEngine Light. From initial phone call to getting us back on the road - Customer Service was GREAT!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Untrustworthy. They lost potential long term customers. Went in for 4 new ties and alignment $675 during sale. They said we needed tire rods and wheel bearings at another $600. Bought the tires and went for second opinion by a certified master technician teacher/ instructor, had the whole class and several certified mechanics triple check we did NOT NEED any of the required parts and labor. Example of why mechanics get a bad rep. Well order through our regular mechanic and pay they extra $ for insulation next time.

Very poor customer service. No eye contact, and short rude answers. Perhaps because I am hispanic he treated me as I was bothering him. Never again.

I literally had to get a new car after taking my car here. They stripped bolts, broke parts and took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever. NEED I SAY MORE?Please administrator or owner dont ask me to follow up with an email unless youre going to pay thousands of dollars of restitution for what was literally a crime.

I urge you to stay away from the Phoenixville PA location of Monro Muffler, and from this chain in general. While doing an oil change in my vehicle, they broke the oil cap assembly. After this was later discovered by a different repair shop, Monro Muffler would not own to the issue theyd introduced (as confirmed by my Lexus dealer). It took their headquarters a month to process my complaint (with multiple answered calls and emails), after which they just said they would not do anything about this matter, because it was too long ago. Disreputable!

DONT GO HERE....The Store Manager Patrick is very Unprofessional and he is Disrespectful. I dont know why they have an online appointment schedule when they cant abide by it. Patrick was very rude when telling me why he couldnt get my Wifes car in for an OilChange that I had scheduled and told me to try another day. I told him I work 6 days a week and that Saturday is the only day that works for me and he said oh well I work 72 hour weeks too and hung up on me. I called right back and said who hangs up on a customer and he said I didnt hang up, you finished saying what you needed to and then told me to F*#$ off and hung up again. Yes, that is exactly what he said to me. DONT GO HERE. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS.
