I went to the Pemberton to check this place out. It has been on my list forever because 1) their claim is its pasta made the Jersey way, and I honestly havent had pasta like back home in a while, and 2) this place ALWAYS has a line out the door, so I got discouraged from going. My friend and I went on a rainy day so it was not only beautiful outside but it was dry with lots of open tables. 😎 I tried the cheesy bread (not pictured), garlic bread, Spaghetti Pomodoro, and the Rigatoni Vodka (not pictured). THEY WERE AMAZING!!! The bread is delicious and great to scoop up all your sauce. The Spaghetti Pomodoro was really good - I added breaded chicken to mine, but added chili peppers to get me to my peak happiness level. The Rigatoni Vodka is what I would highly recommend though. The sauce is a perfect balance of creamy and flavorful - not runny like some other places. They put parts of the pea pod in there with the actual peas to give the extra texture. The staff was super nice and helpful - they also remembered me when I came back for a to-go order (after about an hour and other customers) and had to set up the next order call. I highly recommend a date night at the Pemberton, too, because great lighting and just a good place to chill. Note: Outside of the extra ricotta or cheese you pay for, there is no substitutions or alterations to the dish. I didnt try to ask for alterations because I wanted to respect the sign and their wishes, but just a heads up for those tends-to-submit-food-preference peeps out there.

On the weekends the wait can be over an hour, time will fly by since it’s a great place to chill and walk around. I’ve been back 3 times and have now had all the variations of the pasta. They are all amazing! Garlic bread and cheesy garlic bread are perfectly on the side.

Saint Pasta is delicious and well worth the wait! Just be prepared they are always busy, but there are plenty of drink and snack options from other vendors to enjoy while you wait! Is Saint Pasta cheap? No. But they actually take care of their employees. Will happily give them my $$ any day in exchange for the greatest vodka sauce.

We got there a little after 7 and there was already a line/ wait. By the time our order was placed it was 1hr wait. HOWEVER, ask yourself this, why did you come out? To eat and enjoy your time! While we waited we ordered a drink (I ordered the beer which was very good. Comparable to an 805) and grabbed a table. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance and Spanish music from the nearby restaurant. The wait was worth the food! If you decide to go, go knowing it might be delayed but you can settle in and enjoy your time while your top tier food is made.

Amazing food and service. Got here around 9pm walked around to check it out. First SAINT PASTA was a MUST. We had the Rigatoni Vodka Pasta w/the chicken cutlet and we must say very AUTHENTIC! The flavor was on point nothing overpowering each other and to be that good even after a 20min drive home DAMN! 😁Definitely will be back to try the other stuff on the menu! Thanks

The location where the truck is located is amazing! The Pemberton has a super hip, chill vibe and provides plenty of space to sit and eat.Their little cart extension where the bar is has a good selection of craft cocktails. I asked for one their drinks without alcohol and was told they couldnt do it? Not sure why... but the bartender was nice and suggested their lemonade which was actually pretty good.I understand they cook everything from scratch, but food did take 30 min to come out. We went early on a Wednesday, and it wasnt too busy... so be prepared to wait.Food was good though! Recommend to add chicken cutlet to your pasta.

How do you describe Saint pasta with words? You cant. So I wont even try. You just have to taste it.....Then you will find yourself at a loss for words as well.I will tell you this, though - as someone who has lived in italy and on the East Coast, when I want my pasta fix here in Phoenix, theres no where else that I will go now. Its only Saint pasta for me

Probably the best pasta in town!!! I honestly wasn’t expecting that kind of quality 5 star restaurant type! Yes they may have a couple rules and a little expensive since it’s a casual atmosphere but once you put that fork in your mouth you’ll keep those lips shut till your going for that second bite! I had the spaghetti garlic with chicken and ricotta. The chicken super tender and juicy and the ricotta was right on the money! Even my kids were killing the chicken!

First time here, came with a big group of people only one person and myself ordered pasta (rigatoni vodka) the rest of the party (8) order pizza and tacos from the other establishments. My food was the last out over 40 minutes wait. It was ridiculous, even the people who arrive late and placed and order after me got their food. I was livid and went and asked how much longer as the other person in my group that ordered pasta had gotten hers. 5 more minutes they said and I was so tempted to ask for a full refund and regretted tipping. Food wise it was ok, food was a C average is not out of this world and not worth the wait. Honestly hope the pasta was at least made from scratch.

Absolutely delightful chewy pasta texture and super fresh ricotta. Go for a double scoop! Good to prepare ahead and plan on a round of drinks, an appetizer from another spot, and/or have some game or activity with you since food can take awhile to come out - theyre busy, and deservedly so. Its worth the wait.

I cant comment on the food because I have yet to try it but I will comment on the lack of professionalism and communication. I was so excited to have Saints Pasta cater our party. Their website states to reach out a minimum of 72 hours before the needed date and to send an email . I sent an email 2 weeks before our needed date, followed up with not only an email but a voicemail and contacted them via their website when I did not hear back from them several days from original communication. Crickets. Nada. Nothing. I have yet to hear back from anyone and my original communication was over 10 days ago. Just really disappointing and of course I am now in a position where I have to quickly find another restaurant that will cater with such short notice.Update to response: I do follow you on IG and unfortunately never saw anything about your catering not being available and had no idea that this service had been suspended. It would be helpful if this was mentioned on your website or even your voicemail to avoid this kind of confusion. I cant imagine no one saw the emails or the :contact us form. Im just saying a simple response of we dont do that right now would of sufficed. Its good business to take responsibility for where you dropped the ball (and that sh*t happens) instead of being snarky about it.I changed the star review simply because you are a small business and I realize that it affects youI am happy that you are all doing so well and keeping busy with customers lined out the door waiting to try your food.

The pasta here is real good. But be prepared to wait for a long time. I visited this place on a Friday evening and it took me over 1.5 hour to get my food. But again. The pastas here are really good. Also the place is nice so if you wish to hangout on a Friday evening it would be a good spot to do so.

One of my favorites in the valley. Hole in the wall pasta joint serving the best al dente pasta in Phoenix. I think I’ve tried all their pasta at this point, you can’t go wrong with any of them. The chicken Parmesan sandwich is out of this world too. So damn good!

Delicious and authentic! We truly enjoyed our meal at Saint Pasta. My son and I shared the spaghetti pomodoro, which we loved and continued to love the next day, thanks to the hearty portion. My husband ordered the Rigatoni Vodka and says it had a craveworthy sauce. It was also really nice that they have an accompanying truck with inventive craft cocktails. The staff was friendly, really conscious of getting everyone food and drinks ASAP in the Phoenix heat, and the food definitely lived up to the hype. Perfect for a casual, fun date night or just really good Italian food whenever.

The pasta is on the point, the pomodoro sauce is super tasty. A little too pricey I would say, $42 for 2 people (only food, no drinks included) and suggesting a tip with pretty much self service.

There was nearly a 2 hour wait just to be able to order. We came right as they opened at 6:10ish and did not get a txt to order until around 7:48. The text came with a message advising we have 3 min to order before we get skipped. This is terrible and we finally just gave up and left. Was looking forward to try the food it genuinely looks good but waiting that long again to just be able to submit the order is too much. I understand it is not a fast food place but to me it is unacceptable. Hopefully this was just a packed day and out of the norm.

This is the best pasta hands down Phoenix has to offer. Every dish is amazing but we particularly love the Amatriciana and The garlic and oil. We drove to Mesa one day to try them out and now they have become our favorite weekly cheat meal. They are so funny and down to earth. They always reply to messages quickly. If you haven’t tried them out yet... please do. It is the best $12 you will spend on yourself. One you try them... there will be no other pasta you would be willing to spend on, promise!

I am working my way through every single menu item and I am constantly blown away by how everything they make is so so good! The bolognese is unbelievable and the vodka parm sammy (with a scoop of ricotta) is one the best things Ive ever eaten. I recommend going with a friend that is not ashamed to order multiple entrees and try as many dishes as possible. Then do the same on your next visit.
