Great customer service. I made a mistake and didnt realize they closed at 1pm (another automated email had said 5 and stuck in my head). I arrived at the location at 4pm to a closed store. After calling, the owner came and opened up to give me my rentals. Definitely saved me from starting off on the wrong foot with my soon-to-be sister in law as I was in charge of chairs for her wedding ceremony.

Thank Q rental helped me with two rentals over the holidays this year. They are incredibly accommodating and I was able to coordinate pick up a couple of days before each holiday. Pricing is fantastic and cleanliness of the equipment was great. They have a variety of different chairs and tables available. I was very pleased with the price for a couple of tables and half a dozen chairs. They are very professional. I would definitely recommend them to my family or friends for events big and small.

Very disappointed by our experience. We rented 15 white padded chairs for a bridal shower. ALL of the chairs were filthy and scuffed, we spent way too long trying to get them cleaned. We also did not have a good experience with dropping off, the guy was very rude and couldnt find our invoice and tried to bill us twice. Do not recommend.

I used Thank Q Rental for chairs for a baby shower on a Saturday. I was able to pick the chairs up on Friday and return on Monday for only one day rental fee. Josh was absolutely friendly and helpful. He loaded the chairs into my truck very quickly and with a smile. The prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Thank Q Rental for your party needs!

I used the email function on their website to inquire about a reservation. They never got back to me. It was well over a week before my party. So disappointing.

Took in my Mclane lawn mower in and when i went ti pick it up...it would only run with choke half on...and sounded horrible...and i asked owner to have mechanic look at it again and fix it correctly...and he said thats the best they could do....it ran bettter when i brought it.. before they touched it....and he still charged me full price...stay away from this thief...verrrry mean businessman...and to top it off he wouldnt take my debit..he wanted to make me mad and said cash only.....find another company to do business with.
