Great customer service!

Mike, on the phone, made us think they could help us with the color/stain/dye we needed for trim ...1 gallon of espresso maple, unlike the other locations we had went to. EVERYONE OF THEIR STORES TOLD US TO GO HERE. We clearly stated where we were driving from, so he needed to be sure they could help us. We arrived, and while welcomed at the front desk, the man in the first right corner office was ease dropping.he quickly made us feel unwanted, and as though our business wasnt needed. He said, we dont do that here anymore, we only deal with big companies. They are falsely advertising, their people are rude, and apparently uneducated on what their location does. They get one star because their doors were unlocked.

Everyone at this SW location is well trained and their customer service is outstanding. We all know SWs product is superior to all other products but I go to them for the people and their service.
