I was fortunate to choose the Dunn Edwards on Bell. I havent experience customer service at this level in years. Attentive, respectful, going over and above. Their employee, Revall was the superstar. I didnt have to wait for help. He observed & offered it. Extremely articulate, helpful & polite.

Wanted gray paint. The young lady suggested a a color. I’m glad I bought a sample cause when I applied it to my wall, it was a baby blue color. I wasted my time and money. I will go to Sherwin Williams!

I ordered paint samples over the phone from Dunn Edwards Paradise Valley store for pick up. The person who took my order later used my credit card information to make fraudulent purchases for almost $300. I have reported this information to my bank for investigation as well Dunn Edwards Corporate office. Do not give anyone at this store your credit card Information over the phone. Be safe and shop elsewhere!

Have taken a LOT of trips to Dunn Edwards in the last 3 years of home remodeling. Everybody is great there, but, like other reviewers, have to say Dominic is particularly amazing. Thank you. 😊

The whole team at this DE location is extremely helpful, accommodating, and patient. I needed lots of help choosing a color to begin with and ended up changing my mind mid-project! The team was more than gracious and understanding to help me choose a new color, even when I came back in scrambling while the painters were at my house mid-painting! They worked quickly and diligently and helped me solve the problem. A+, 5 stars to the PV Dunn Edwards team.

This is the best store I have been to. I have had issues with Lowes and Home Depot and getting the right color that I was trying to find and decided to go try Dunn. Solomon was awesome!! He told me about the app and the way you can use it to take pictures of a color and try to match it that way. It worked amazingly!! I also took samples back to him that I got and asked to lighten them up just slightly for other accents in the house and he knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to get it done fast!! He is very polite and respectful, even offered to help me out to the truck because I had my two kids with me. Thanks for all your help!!!

Have just experienced the paint products that Dunn-Edwards through my Contractor who was doing renovations on my home .. he highly recommended using the product I in painting the ceiling and walls of my house and must say that the paint that was used was if a good quality and color that will hold up with and thru time..I feel that the Contractor felt that he liked this product because it gives him the best of both worlds, price and quality and that helps his bottom line... the store is basically and simply layed out where both the professional and do it yourselfers can find access to what they need ... Customer Service was a little shorthanded but they urgently took care of the customers in the best way possible considering their situation.. only 4 Customers allowed in the store at a time so patience is needed to get orders fufilled.. So impressed. I emailed lots of house photos to Heather of what I liked and didnt like. She gave me several suggestions on colors. I picked up several samples super quick and everyone was so efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Called ahead to check if they had a specific product available. Drove out there and they didn’t have it. They didn’t even sell it.

Great store. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Yheu can match any paint from any vendor, just bring in a sample. This was my first time there and I was very impressed. I will continue to patronize this great store.

Went to a clients house to paint a garage door, one side of the front door and a 12 in by 5 foot piece of wood sheathing under the eaves. She did not know how much paint to use so asked and they sold her three gallons of primer and two gallons of paint.come to find out the HOA gave her the wrong color for the paint which is now not refundable. The thing that stupid is that they sold her three gallons of primer and two gallons of paint for a garage door and the front door. Less than a gallon will do all of it. Even with two coats. not only did she get screwed by the HOA for giving her the wrong paint color, Dunn-Edwards screwdriver and selling her MUCH more than she required.That was unprofessional and unethical.

If you want paint that professionals use this is the place to go. They sell home depot quality up to really really good paint. I went here for paint for my kitchen cabinets. That paint cures Like rock

Ryan is the manager at this location. He is ALWAYS so helpful. I got stuck in traffic and came into the store 15 mins before they closed. I was embarrassed because I knew they would end up staying late to help me.....but Ryan went out of his way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. They always have great customer service and they take the time to make sure you get thr proper products. Go here before you go anywhere else!

They say its the best paint in the business its good paint I dont know if its the best in the business but a lot of people like Dunn-Edwards paint. Keep your lines tight and your waterways clean...

They need to get the people working there before to come back because now the new guys arent even good at their jobs.
