I had my house painted in October of 2014 and it needed the popouts on the front of the house touched up in only 4.5 years. I had a half a gallon of paint the painters left me so I figured I would spray the popouts myself and the paint matched perfectly. I then went to Dunn Edwards to buy an additional gallon of their Evershield paint (their best paint). The paint does not MATCH!!! So, after talking to Jake at Daisy Painting, I find out the plantation brown was mixed at Sherwin Williams????? I go to Sherwin Williams and purchase the brown paint and this paint also doesnt match.....so I dont know what brown paint they used on my popouts, but it wasnt the plantation brown paint that I had on my contract!!! I painted cars for a hobby and never had a problem with matching paints. I will not recommend this painter due to using a light (1 mil) coat on the house popouts and the incorrect paint color used on the popouts ...why should I have to touch up the house in 4 1/2 years?
