I’ve been using this company for years now, two things I have to say is 1 I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone who works there…. I put in ridiculous last minute paint orders (in person) and they just say “Give us about an hour or two” and lastly the price to quality doesn’t even come close to what you should be paying… 5 gallons for under $60 of great quality paint! They are constantly busy but you are hardly waiting.

Paint was good the only thing it said it would close at 12pm but by 11:18am it was close ready they should say 11am and not 12pm. There was another person there and said he call the number and no answer. They should change there time at 11am closing time. It would of been nice if they could of leave a note to have great Customer service. Even if you have to close early leave a Courtesy note for the Customers that comes from far and near. That is having great customer service.

Can anyone else recommend me a better place for paint???

They took a minute to mix my colors because they were filling a 100 5 gallon order but they did great and gave me a really good deal. I have enough paint to paint my entire house for 130. Its not low grade quality either, its what youre going to find at the major paint stores like home depot or Lowes

If you looking for quality paint at a good price... this the place... I buy all my paint here...

People are super nice here but I would not recommend buying paint from here just go and buy the name brand paint and make it worth your money. I bought some paint here and its super watered down. Unbelievable.

I had bought 4 5gallon pals of a custom match gray that I picked out and they matched it perfect. Some of the best paint I’ve used in my lifetime. Amazing coverage and durability. Family owned, very friendly and eager to help with whatever I needed, you can tell they take pride in what they do as a business. Seeing some of these reviews makes me believe they aren’t true at all !! Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who has a painting project, whether you’re a home owner or contractor.

Very bad costumer service. Went in for a quote and they guy was being super rude said if I was not serious why did I go in but when I spoke to them threw the phone they said it was perfectly fine to go in for a quote. Even when I was walking out the guy processed talk sh** with another customer in the store. I would rate it a 0 Out of 5 stars but unfortunately google does not go that low.

I am a return customer. I purchased five 5 gallon buckets of flat and satin paint for the inside of my home and it turned out great. The young man who serviced me was very professional and went out of his way to shake and filter each bucket of paint to make sure I got very good paint. The quality of paint is great and you cant beat the price. Now Im purchasing more buckets of paint for the exterior of my home.

Matthew was extremely helpful and offered us amazing customer service. Answered our questions efficiently, mixed up our paint, we grabbed a couple rollers and we were helped to our car and assisted with loading the 4- 5 gallon containers we bought. We will definitely be returning for more. Can’t beat the prices!

Thought I would go here to save some money. Wife picked up the paint and color. Made sure to get flat. Im not sure if the lady didnt know what she was doing or lied. She said with the primer it will be more glossy, huh. My Wife doesnt know about paint to call her bull. I would say its gloss after painting it on, not even semi. Either way Im re painting, and wasted the cost of 20 gallons with primer. Not getting a color exactly right, fine, but specifically asking for flat and getting gloss, not cool.

Definitely a great place to get 5 gallon buckets at a great price.

Been to this place at least 3 times to get 5 gallon buckets of paint and every time it has been a blessing. The prices are EXCELLENT and so much less then buying at Lowes or Home Depot. The customer service is great, fast and friendly and they can make custom colors right on the spot.

Beware of this store!! The owners are bad people!! My wife and I have dealt with them and I do not recommend anyone shopping here. They are scammers and bad neighbors!!In response to the bad owners response below. It is funny, look at the response from this business whenever there is a bad review. Apparently they walk on water and everyone else is wrong. We have bought paint from them. We will never do that again. I do not have a business next to them. They are correct in that the area behind their business looks bad, take a look at it before you shop there!

Buyer beware! I bought paint from here and he said he could match the color that I wanted to paint my house. Well, I got it home and it wasn’t right so I called in to see if he could fix the paint. He said he was busy and hung up on me as i was talking to him. I went to Home Depot and they mixed the color perfectly. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Please BEWARE!!!! This guy is a scammer, need to be taken to court! He is going to put a nice response after what I’m gonna say and pretend he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. You will never get the paint you want and he will hang up on you after you call him for help. Is just scamming everyone and eyeball paint.

I have been coming here for my paint needs for years. At the prices being UNDER $50 FOR A 5 Gallon bucket you cant go wrong!!! ( Yes I said 5 gallon.)I have completed paint projects I could not have afforded otherwise! Cabinets with a Gloss paint, walls with an eggshell, baseboards and doors with a GOOD PPG, my house with an exterior paint and even my cool deck!So happy to find a paint store with decent paint and not be GAUGED with $160 prices!!Oh and Family owned and operated!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Anyone who knows anything about paint doesn’t work here!!! They may have paint at cheap prices but it’s not quality paint. I went in and bought some paint and the paint I was able to use it actually took in some places more than two coats to cover. The one five I opens smelled rotten and was coagulated severely!! Sent the guy a message about getting my money back and he said “bring it in” when I got there he said “ it was the glue rising to the top” if I shake it will be fine ?? Riiiiiiiight!! In another comment I read he said he would refund or exchange the product....?? He actually demanded I leave his store?? I will do whatever I need to to make sure people know this is not a business with any integrity!! So if you want cheap smelly paint this is the place to go!!!! If you want quality paint I would stick with Dunn Edwards or Sherwin Williams!! There paint may be a little more pricy but I promise I’ve never had any issues when it came to making any problems I had right!! Most times the customer pays for paint anyways so it’s no money out of your pocket!! If your charging then a Dunn Edwards price then buying cheap paint from This House Paint Outlet then shame on us!!!

Paint cracked after it dried. It was applied to brand new drywall so Im sure it was an issue with the paint.

Great quality paint they were very nice and helped us out right away. We got a 5gal bucket of paint that would of cost is twice as much at homedepot or Lowes or pretty much anywhere eals for $50 got everything we needed for $59 was very happy and satisfied with their services.

I been buying paint for a good amount of time and had never had any problems with it not one call back for any faded areas good paint quality

I bought from the store before. 5 gallon for 50$ matching a color from BM. the store staffs are nice. we brought home and paint side by side with BM (btw, BM has $7 off each gallon coupon if you buy a sample from them. the total for BM 5gallon eco comes down to less than 200$). anyway the color is slight off from BM but frankly acceptable as long as you dont paint those in the same room. it is also slightly watery and we had to double triple coating so the coverage is definately less. i used the 5 gallon i broght from this store in the laundry and spare bedroom and use BM in living and family room where i care more about. for the price it worked out ok.fast forward, yesterday i saw a post on fb stating that they have a SW color i need Which sounds like a new and sealed bucket from the manufacture. so i messaged whoever posted the ad and asked it is a matching color on site as i did last time or it is a new and sealed leftover bucket from SW store. i didnt know they also sell leftover buckets from the manufacture that is why i needed to ask. frankly i dont really care it is a matching or leftover paint for my project. however if it is a leftover from the manufacture i know they tend to be gone faster so ill make a trip like 1hr+ to get some soon. if its just a matching, i have flexible timeline. however, whoever i messaged is so hard to talk to. i just asked this simple question: is it new and sealed from SW? Somehow be got offended or something, kept saying i gave you the address, this is not a backyard operation, it is a store, without addressing my simple question directly and clearly. i replied: yes, i understand that. and i bought a match from the store before. and i just need to know this color you mentioned in your post is a matching on site or new and sealed from manufacture? and his reply yes. it was confusing as yes to what? but i took the answer as yes, it is sealed and new from the manufacture.next day i told my husband to go pick up some. and he told me to 2x confirm if they still have it as those tend to be gone fast. so i called. apparently the same guy i chatted thro messager picked up the phone. how could i know? because as soon as i asked the same question do you have xxxx color? is it new and sealed from the manufacture? he started saying, if you have been there before, you should know this is not a backyard operation. i explained again yes i know that and i just need to know it is a matching or a leftover. and he replied if you go to HD and they will also do matching and price will be 100$. i just dont understand why he cannot just answer my simple question and get so offensive. and guess what, he started to say you are difficult, you are ALWAYS difficult, EVERY TIME!.EXCUSE ME? OMG! i can not ever imagine asking a simple question is called DIFFICULT. i chatted on messenger for like 3 mins and the just talked on the phone for 2 mins. i asked the simple question and no straight answer. this is beyond rude and i will never buy from the store again.

Cheap paint good paint . Might be glossy might not, affordable, but they dont get the colors right like the pictures . Affordable big buckets though I guess if you aint trying to pay 100 or more per bucket

Ordered 25 gallons of paint from here, 3 of the 5 gallon buckets were supposed to be the same color, they were all different. Tried to get him to refund the money showing pictures of the paint being the wrong color refused. Also white paint was really watered down, 4 layers and it couldnt cover a yellow marker. Complete trash waste of time and money.
