Ive been here a few times for work and every time I go, the staff has been exceptionally kind and helpful, not just towards me but I see their patience with various customers. I went in on June 11th and needed help with the different processes and Patty and another gentleman were ready to help and sweet while they were very busy. I went in again on July 2nd, in the morning, and while I did not get the names of the two people working, they helped me retrieve a receipt that I had lost. I know it was very tedious on their end, but they had amazing problem solving skills and knew the inner workings of their systems. I really appreciated their skillfulness and kindness. Plus every time Ive been in, I hear Call Me Maybe by Carly Rae Jepson and it makes my day! Thanks!

Needed a Notary and its wonderful to have one so close! The store is busy so you can expect to wait a little for notary service but they are still 10 times faster than the bank and at a fair price too. For shipping they provide the usually great UPS store services in addition to packaging. Packaging is definitely a specialty they take pride in, I saw them take extra care of a beautiful antique glass lamp as if it was from their grandmother. Lots of folks just come to make copies or drop off Amazon returns so the store is busy but they move people in and out quickly. Great local business.

*EDIT* My bad, it is the wrong location. It was 7th street and bell but I cannot remove this post so making it neutral.God I HATE this place! Looses my stuff, over charges for copies, hours are wrong.. google says open at 7. Its 7:45 Im at the door with an enormous package, lady inside cleaning counters just looks at me. Im like Google maps says your open?? She shrugs and keeps cleaning...

I have been using this store for all of my shipping needs for so many years. They have always gone out of their way to help me in any way possible. Ed even came to my house to pick up a computer I was shipping back East, as it would have been difficult for me to get it there. Everyone always tries to find a way to save me money with my shipping and they will go the extra mile to make sure that everything is packed and shipped perfectly. As to bad experiences, I think we would all do well to remember that everyone has difficulties in life that we know nothing about and we all get overwhelmed at times. While this is a Corporate business, it is locally owned and operated, so they will always get my business.

I have done business here for several years. The staff is always so helpful. This store handles everything you need for shipping and printing. I recommend it to everyone! They practice safety measures for covid as well.

I wanted to draw attention to the fact that the staff deceives and inflates the price of sending goods. Вad and prejudiced attitude towards immigrants. Very scandalous workers. The price of sending to the same address with the same product May vary, unlike.

The Caucasian guy bald with gray hair on the side needs to retire. You ask him questions and he doesn’t know anything and is really rude. They need to retrain him and teach him customer service skills. I haven’t had any problems with any other staff.

UPS has gotten expensive! I came in because I needed to print/sign and then scan a document. I got charged $2.50 just to print it, then an additional $1.50 to scan the document. The ridiculous part is that they also charge you $3.00 just to send the scanned document to your email. They tried to say it’s only $2.00 if you save it to a USB drive instead of email. But that shouldn’t matter either way, because it costs them nothing. Talk about “nickel and diming” their customers.

They are extremely rude and prejudice towards people of color. My husband was harassed by the older white man with gray hair and a bald spot, when we were just trying to print papers like we have for years at this location. In the past, He has been rude to us each time he was working the counter. He demanded my husband leave a $5 deposit for the computer even though no one has ever been required to do so and asked “do you know how to use that?” as my husband walked toward the rental computer. He confiscated my husband’s debit card then scolded him for leaving the prior day with prints that were messed up by their repairman. He said, “we can’t give you a refund.” My husband didn’t even ask for one. He was just trying to print important family court docs. The man accused him of smoking marijuana and driving, said “I don’t have to deal with this” then told him to get out. I called to speak with a manager he refused and continued to yell and refuse to allow me to speak with the manager. I don’t recommend this place as it is unsafe for people of color. No one should be treated like this and based on the other reviews it’s not the first and won’t be the last time a person of color is discriminated against and harassed.

Best all service mail store in Arizona. Awesome easy to use address, a premier 111 street address, and to top it off the staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. I have used their services for approximately 10 years and even when I moved out of state I didn’t want to give up this address and this store. They are loyal to treating their customers very well.

Despite the long line on a very busy Sunday morning, the gentleman working the counter (I didn’t catch his name) took the time to help me with all my needs. Print, notarize, overnight ship and answer all my questions. Plus he had to assist others waiting to get them out as quickly as possible. Good job!!

This is by far my favorite UPS store. I have been coming here since I moved to this side of town 8 years ago. I come here often for my Amazon returns and notary needs. The morning crew are wonderful. I have never received anything less than 100% superior customer service. The other day I needed to return a blender back to Amazon and I needed a shipping box. The manager was so kind to patiently assist me with finding a box that would fit. The blender was a little heavy so he boxed it up for me and got it ready to go for me. The manager was kind, patient and went out of his way to assist me. He took the hassle off of me, and I had to do very little effort because of his superior customer service. Something else I learned recently was that they have notary services there. My bank around the corner stopped having a notary so its with great relief I can go to my favorite UPS store to have my notary needs met. I am one happy customer and will always come back for all of my UPS/shipping/copying/notary needs.

I walked in the door at 2:40, and asked for the notary that Google says they have on staff, knowing they closed at 3, but thinking I had plenty of time to enlist their services, and being extremely grateful I could find a place that was open on a Sunday, having drove a long way from out of town. The employee there (I hope he wasn’t the owner) told me they stopped notary services at 2:00, and “if (you) would’ve called, (you) would have known that.” He blessed me with his precious seal anyway, but gave me nothing but lip the rest of the visit. If I would have had anywhere else to go, I would have taken my measly $2 and gone elsewhere. Really spectacular customer service; glad I don’t live in that area and will never have to do business there again!

I was helped by Alissa recently and she went above and beyond my expectations. I was in a rush and she took care of me right away. She quickly assisted me with setting up a mailbox and laying out a brochure for my business that I was having trouble with. It looked fantastic! She was very professional and especially nice to my 5 year old son.

I was printing programs for my dad’s memorial from a PowerPoint. The young man who assisted me was so helpful, taking the time to do trial prints and make adjustments, with such patience and professionalism, while not missing a beat with a steady flow of other customers. And he found ways to do the job better and at lower cost. Every time I have been there, it has been a good experience.

Absolute worst UPS store Ive ever experienced! I do a lot of business with UPS stores and this one is not up to par! Customer service is horrible! If you ask how to do something they will act like you are putting them out of their way. Seriously, get a clue! I would drive an extra 30 minutes just to avoid this store!

I have been attending this UPS store for 2, almost 3 years. They have always been courteous ever since my first visit. They also built my business cards and preparing to build pamphlets for me, and Im sure I will receive the same prompt services as with all my office and mailbox needs. I do recommend them for any of your business concerns or needs.

Grinders has been using this location for many years. Ali is always ready to help you out if youre having a problem and knows exactly what to do! Weve been very pleased with our experiences here. Yes Ed can be grouchy at times but on a whole everyone is awesome!

Many negative experiences here. We unfortunately live walking distance. I will NEVER return. Their customer service is HORRIBLE or actually non-existent. Dong, and Ed are terrible to deal with. Completely baffled by how to even print a paper. Told me (someone who has done corporate tech support for over 15 yrs) that the attachment was sent wrong and thats why its cut off on the side. Wow! Continued to be extremely rude, unprofessional and argumentative..knowing Ed is completely cluess I refuse to reply to his antics. Once they mess up they dont want to refund your money, or even make it right. The younger female who works there is the only 1 you should ever deal with if for some reason you are forced to go here. I will not spend money in a place where they treat you like you are bothering them to come patronize their store so they can overcharge you, mess up your request, then get an attitude about it. Took 30 minutes to NOT get my copy but finally (Ed very reluctantly) refunded my $2.72 which is what they charge to erroneously botch 1 single page to be printed. Shady! Prior to this I asked them to scan and email important documents for a job I was starting. They faxed the scratch piece of paper I gave them with the number the fax goes to on it..super unprofessional and expensive, almost $10 and could of cost me the job. HR contacts me like what is this? I didnt review them then..gave them a break..I went in 3 days ago, tried to priority ship 20 4×6 pics to my dad in TX. Ed told me it would be over $40 to get them in 1 day or $20+ for 3 days. No thank you! Duh! Told him to mail them regulsr..he replies Well now I have to take all this out of the system and start all over. Yup cuz thats your job! Hope this place closes soon due to their lack of integrity or consideration or appreciation for customers keeping the doors open with their hard earned dollars. Shame on you!

Love this place, BEST place to get copies in town, I have been getting my copies made here for years and the self serve machine is a large printer that does the job fast. Check them out, and ask for the prices in bulk. The cards can be used as you need copies, but will save you $$$

I have returned many items to ups this man made us pay $2.50 for a label than told us because the box was missing one side flap we needed to buy a box and then tried to tell me my amazon label had to be paid to returns it. It’s comes prepaid I was not born yesterday and I don’t appreciate the nickel and diming. Not helpful and all about money not about customer service.

Since this is the only store in the community, I continue to go there. The two girls at the counter are excellent at customer service. The owner has a diverse customer base. Someone was stealing supplies off his service counter in front of everyone one day. A lady was yelling at them because she didnt have proper ID to get something notarized. People beg in front of his store. Walk in with a sunny attitude and youll get exceptional service.

My gut was telling me not to do it, but i went for it anyway. The employees at this location made me feel like I was bothering by being in there. I went ahead and sent an important package only to find out two later that they had no idea what had happened to it. Turned out the tracking number they gave me wasnt a tracking number. I talked to someone on the main ups store who then told me to call the store. When I called the store, all the guy was able to do was say that hes sorry I had trouble and hung up. Seriously? I had never been more angry my entire life. At this point I already talked to the main ups phone line and the ups store and my package nowhere to be found. A total of $500 lost.

Ive always had my stuff sent at other locations with no problem no issues. I had paid $20 to get my stuff sent back to NY to get returned. I even showed them the address off of my phone I had for the address. It comes back and was sent to the wrong address. They want me to pay another $20 to get it resent Im not gonna pay another $20 for something that should have been sent right the first time. I would have expected them to attempt to make this right but customer service isnt their concern I guess really disappointed.

Went in on 12/23/19- The employee was an individual of the name of Dong, So good to go into one of these UPS locations and be greeted with simple courtesy..I know the moment I walk in a door if I want to come back, This individual appeared to enjoy serving people amd appreciate his JOB.. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The service agent said my husband was not allowed to pick up my package. I called and the man said his name was “John”. He told me that my package wasn’t at that location. I’ve called a UPS superior and left a complain and I’ll be calling the corporate office as well. They are NOT allowed to hold any mail from customers. He wasn’t willing to allow me to speak to any supervisor and had a SMUG attitude. I’ll never do business here again.

I dont understand how this store is still in business considering all the bad reviews and overall ratings. I called asking for a price on something so simple as scanning and was told by the man that he doesnt give out the price over the phone. didnt give a reason why, just said that the price was competitive.uhm ok...I needed to scan something important last minute and all I had was cash. Let me just call other stores to get an idea of what you charge.right. I surely did not want to walk in there without enough money. was able to fix my scanner and did it at home.

I am going thru divorce out of state and all my shippings of my court papers and all the copies for court had been donde here. Ed, Allie and Bri had been of great help with everything that I had to get done. They have the experience, the kindness and to help you. I have spent a lot of money because guess what, copies and shipping is expensive, and it has nothing to do with them. If you go to another place would be the same, but I choose them because they know their business and because they are kind to you when you are stressed as I have been over my matter. Of course, I do not come with unrealistic expectation that I will be the only customer and that they will give me a 50% discount because I am stressed. I come knowing that they a retail store, they are a business and this is their living. I chose to give them my baseness because they know what they are doing, and they do it well plus they are close to home. Ed, Allie and Bri, Thank you for all your help during this stressful time. OMG - These people dont know customer service (more especially ED- Manager/owner). I spent over 50 dollars to mail two packages to my children in college. ( two differnet states) Of course, he got the packages mixed up, mailing them opposite of where they needed to go. I then called to discuss and he (ED) spent 30 minutes disputing over the phone that he would go and review the video of this transaction and im[plied that it had to be my error. I am waiting currently to hear back from me as to his findings. Im sure I just gonna be out of 50 bucks and paying for the packages to once again be sent to their proper destination.

Manager is rude and unprofessional...I got $500 of insurance on big box, he muttered that it wont do, I wont be compensated in the event of breakage... Because the double walled home depot box I had wasnt certified. Made me buy a single walled box for $10 extra. Guy was rude and made me feel afraid for my packages safety. Ill stick with USPS like I always have.
