Cant thank yall enough. I dropped my printer, the separation pad on the bottom broken into pieces. I ordered a replacement part on Thursday afternoon and it arrived Saturday by 12 pm. Instead of throwing my printer out of the window, Im happily printing away.

The competition sells a refilled toner cartridge for $80; Precision Roller sold their compatible version to me for less than $16. After placing an order with this company for the first time, i made a mistake and ordered a tool that wasnt magnetized. i contacted support and since the shipping was so expensive to ship back, they told me that they would reimburse me and that i could keep the tool. tool wont do much for me but the fact that they worked with me and my mistake, said lots. great job!

I am an office manager and was online trying to find a good deal on a toner cartridge the cost factor purchasing from the manufacturer was just shy of $400. I found Precision Roller online, checked their reviews and checked what the warranty and return policy entailed. It was a quick and smooth transaction and with shipping the cartridge cost $90. I was skeptical, for that price, but I have to say was so impressed when we received the cartridge and started using it. I have most certainly found us a new toner supply company!

Amazing company. I purchased 3 Minolta imaging drums for a Minolta Magic Color 5670en and we discovered one of the units was defective from some tests we ran with Minolta support. A very rare occurrence. Not a normal situation. Neither was this...I called Precision Roller and explained to them the situation and Sheri was so helpful, they immediately shipped another one next day air to us! Took all of 5 minutes. That is extraordinary customer service. You can purchase these products from other businesses however you cannot get nor buy customer service like that! In business, invariably problems will occur. Its not the problem that bothers people so much, its how the business responds to those situations that make a difference! I own an insurance agency. Yesterday morning my Dell printer died. A new fuser was needed. We ordered some parts to repair our scanner. The carrier did not make the delivery attempt during our business hours, we requested a redelivery on a monday and they didnt try to deliver until saturday. Then they made the delivery to a residence down the street from us. Through all of this Christine helped us try to find the package and get it delivered to us. Eventually they sent us a replacement with another carrier at no charge. Ive installed the parts and they are working great. I will definitely order from Precision Roller again because they took care of us and we got exactly what we needed at a better price than I found at any other company online.
