This business is so poorly run should be avoided if time, simple courtesy and competence is important to you. There are plenty of other locations.A side note if the counter employee has a name tag that says assistant manager don’t be fooled.

The most helpful person I’ve come into contact with in ages! I went into the store st 8:40pm on a Tuesday and the Asst. Manager, Chris, took it upon himself to help me figure out how to lay out and format a ‘Lost Dog” flyer from a “note” in my phone that was the most important task anyone could ever have. If not for him taking his own time- stayed after closing time, I wouldn’t have been able to get my flyers up before the morning...The kind woman who found my dog saw the flyers on her way into work and called me!What’s that worth to you?!

My favorite FedEx people, ship package from here 2-3 times a week.Trustworthy, friendly and attentive are simple ways to describe service here!

This FedEx location is awesome! They are always more than willing to help me with my shipments and are both cordial and competent. Wanda helped me with my 8-box shipment. Way better than the rude staff at the UPS store on Highland Ave and 24th St (which closed down recently - I wonder why!)

Misleading description. It is not a ship center. I went there because it says FedEx office print and ship Center not FedEx print sticker and go down the street to another FedEx for them to ship it. Hope this helps you.

Hours written on the store were either wrong or the employees were out to lunch. 700pm on a sat and they had the lights on and the doors locked. no one answered the phone.update... was open about 10-15 min later, got great swift and decent service.

Great customer service during a stressful situation. Robert was an incredibly helpful FedEx associate when we walked in multiple times with a huge return package to send back. He printed out our label and was patient when we were all spazzed-out. 10/10 would ship again.

2 people on shift, said hello when I walked in but couldnt be bothered to help me....even though I was standing at the counter less than 5 feet away. As I decided to leave, another girl walked up and they helped her right away. Lame. Ill stick to the FedEx office downtown.
