I own a small business and purchased a couple of printers from POA. The printers are great and the service was fine. But, Im not writing this review about printers. Its about what happened a few months later.COVID hit and we needed to adapt. Our rep at POA, John, reached out with some of the products they had in response to COVID. This was WAY beyond copy machines. They had a great temperature taking kiosk to help us screen temperatures of all our visitors. It was super cool and saved us a ton of work. Worth every single penny.There are lots of companies that sell equipment. POA showed they sell solutions.

Amazing process from start to finish.Colton is a truly fantastic rep that took the time to understand our business needs and appreciate that 2020 has been a weird year. POA would not even put together a proposal for us until the numbers made sense, even though we needed to wait a couple of months.Colton followed up exactly when he promised, reassessed our needs, created a remarkable proposal that met our needs and saved us money monthly, and showed up for the install to make sure things went smoothly. Working with POA is truly white glove service.On top of the simple and easy process, POA just offers more. Bulk printing when we have special projects, quick service calls, and the ability to talk to a person anytime you call in truly made it a no-brainer to sign our contract.We look forward to many years with POA and would recommend them for any business, big or small.

This was a horrible experience from day one. We have a lot better options out there. I have never been more disappointed that I was locked into this company. Thank god its over!Update 4 months later: After cancelling my service and submitting required forms. They have now been lost and the company has told me I am still in an active lease and will not allow me to return my printers. I guess it is not over! The nightmare continues.

Their Customer Service and Support people are awesome. They arrive in a short time and are very polite and helpful. I wouldt buy any other equipment but Lexmark as long as their support team is part of the deal.We have many different people using our printer, copier, fax and scanner we have had for at least 3 years and we very, very seldom have a problem with it!

I have used POA in several offices over my years in the IT industry. They have always provided the organizations I have worked for with high quality products backed by great service. I have happily referred them to other business prospects and they have not let them down either. Regardless of how good a technology partner is, you still need to do your own market research, and make the best decision for your company. Currently my team leases 3 Ricoh 4k series units, two color, and one black and white. We get same day service 90% of the time when the call is placed in the AM.

Given the run around every time I ordered. Got lied to on multiple occasions by the sales people. It took them 3 days to let me know something was on back order that should have been shipped with no care at all that we needed it for a time sensitive project that they where made aware of.

Their refurbished printers are overpriced and they lie to the customers. I was told the 2 devices we purchased were rebuilt from the frame up. 2 days after delivery, one of the devices started malfunctioning, when their technician arrived, she had a conversation with their head office, not knowing I could be overhear them. She stated all the rollers had not been replaced and the head office told her to replace them and then bill us for parts and to tell us that it was from our excessive usage. I found another company to sell us the same model Konica for over $1000 less and they replaced every roller we purchased from Pacific Office copiers at cost. They are a shady company and I will not EVER have any further dealings with them.

Their service people are awful. Need technical support, they have sent these guys with an attitude and leave saying our equipment is working. A week later still the same and they are just customer service.

The worst mistake that my business ever made was getting a copier from this company. Please look elsewhere when seeking a copier provider in Phoenix or anywhere in Arizona.
