I found Performance Muffler online about a year and a half ago because I needed to get my exhaust welded back together. They were great. So needless to say I went back to them yesterday to have another one of my vehicles tailpipe welded, and to no surprise they were just as great. I wont go anywhere else. Absolutely amazing company. I had originally brought my car to another place for what I knew should be a very quick, easy muffler fix. They quoted me a $1,300 repair and tried to educate me on why this truly was necessary. I knew there was no way it was, and on the recommendation of a different shop, I brought my car to Performance Muffler. They had me in and out in 10 minutes, fixed perfectly, extremely affordable price. I cannot tell you how superbly impressed I was and honestly just touched at what good human beings are out there. It reminded me that there are people who are deep down good in this world and I would highly, highly recommend that anybody bring their car in for muffler issues.

This shop was absolutely Phenomenal. Quoted me bang on for price on a very complicated exhaust system for an off-road buggy I towed in and towed out. Other shops I called did not seem interested or want the hassle of the complicated system as it had to work around custom suspension in a tight application. Zach on the phone didnt seem too fazed by it and I brought it in. The work they did was fantastic. I am extremely happy and will be recommending them to everyone.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My catalytic converter was stolen and they not only fixed my issue but saved me tons by replacing it with pipe versus a whole new converter. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They were fast, professional and very friendly! Highly highly recommend!

I came in to have my catalytic converter replaced and had let them know that I really needed to pass emissions. Not only did they replace the cat for a shockingly good price, but they also let me know that my o2 sensor had gone bad which they also replaced for me. They got the whole thing done very quickly, we were in and out. Super awesome shop 10000% recommend.

Muffler was rushed out. Called to get a quote answer all my questions did comparison shopping was a really good price. Made appointment stuck to appointment time fast and friendly and on time no wait. Added chrome extension to give my car the little Pizazz it needed nice job.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. All of the reviews here are right they do amazing work. I had my camaro worked on before in Sedona and other people messed it up badly. I took it to these guys and they fixed it no problem and had me out within 30 minutes. They have amazing customer service, the wields look amazing and they know what they are doing. I have a 2017 camaro ss and I plan on taking all of my exhaust to them, I suggest that if you have any project or just need a quick fix take your car to these guys

Awesome experience! Zack installed a cat-back exhaust kit on my mustang no problem. Even invited me to check out the way he was aligning the tips to make sure it was just the way I wanted. Then offered to have me come back after a few days of driving around just to make sure everything is nice and tight and properly aligned. Look forward to returning for the next project!

Came in since my exhaust was rattling and had a tapping sound, I suspected an exhaust leak. They took a look at it, found out right away and replaced an exhaust gasket and fixed the fitment. Was in and out in under 25mins including diagnosing. Would definitely recommend performance muffler to anyone who needs exhaust work done with acceptable prices, and quick and sarisfactory work.

I needed a rattling heat shield welded, its a delicate job not to burn through the exhaust pipe, but these guys handled it quickly and easily. These guys got skills, very professional and reasonable work.

Im newer to Phoenix and do everything on my own car. Oil changes to tranny swaps, so its hard for me to trust a new autoshop of any kind. Ive worked with Tim and another guy via phone and FB messenger. WOW. This place is extremely professional, took the time to go over my options as far as exhaust based on what I wanted (not what THEY wanted) and did it all with a smile. The price is very fair, the exhaust tips line up PERFECTLY, and fit piping and mufflers perfectly as well. My car isnt anything special to many but they still took the time to get everything right. New Favorite Shop! I called ahead and was able to pop in the same day for a quick look at my muffler. There was a little rattle when idling. Zach was super nice and helped me immediately. Found the heat shield was corroded and came loose on my 2006 Prius. An easy fix was removing it (not expected to cause any problems), which he did. The whole thing took less than five minutes and he didn’t charge me, but Performance Muffler is my new favorite shop and I’ll recommend them to family and friends.

The guys here are amazing! Just got work done on a 1967 Mustang, and they absolutely killed it! Great personalities, great prices, but most of all, outstanding work. Definitely will be coming here again, and reccomend this shop to anyone - old or new cars, this shop is the best in the valley!

Awesome shop. Came in about three years ago to to have them install a full Borla exhaust on my wrangler. Work was done quickly, and well. Was surprised at the low cost.Went in again recently as the exhaust on my truck was rattling hard (not installed by them, came on truck.) Fixed it in under a minute with no appointment. Highly recommend!

It was a Saturday, so it was busy, but the staff were still courteous and treated every customer like they were the only one there. I also emailed them earlier in the week, and their response was thorough and professional. The price I paid was far lower than any quote I received from several other area shops. This places 4.9 score is the real deal!

This place doesnt deserve 5 stars, it deserves 10! Ive had two catalytic converters put on here, and both times the work was done quickly and perfectly. What really puts these guys over the top is the customer service. Theyre always friendly, courteous and professional. Heres an example--I work on my own cars most of the time, and I had a bolt I could not loosen--I took it here and Zack and Scott threw the vehicle up on the rack and loosened it. Then they dropped it down and smiled and shook their heads when I tried to pay them for it. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I just moved here from Colorado and was in desperate need of someone to take a look at my car. When it was being unloaded from the semi, the moving company bottomed it out so I wanted to make sure everything was ok. These guys (Zach! Scott!) put my car up on the lift and did a thorough inspection and found that the brackets for my sway bar had been damaged to the point that they needed to be replaced. Quick service, amazing customer care, and they appreciated how important the car is to me. When Im ready for new pipes, this shop is getting my business. Thanks, yall!!

Went in for a delete resonator on my 2018 GT Mustang and didn’t have a kit for it. They created a custom H-Pipe to replace the resonator and made clean welds and cuts and even allowed me to check it out under the lift. Friendly people and do great work. Will come back 👍🏼

I’ve never been to this place before but I needed to get a broken boat trailer brace welded. A small job that took 15 mins that several other shops ... including the trailer repair shop on Bell Rd... wanted to charge me $60 to do. These guys did it without a complaint. And didn’t charge anything close to $60. Fair pricing and fantastic service. This is a business that deserves everyone’s support.

This place is the best!!! THANK YOU PERFORMANCE MUFFLER!! I couldnt re-register my truck, since the check engine light was on. I knew I needed to start by having my super loud muffler welded. I didnt think that was all I needed, for my old 96 Dodge Ram, to pass emmisions. However, even though I arrived at the shop as late as 4:10pm on a Friday evening, and they closed at 5pm, they pulled my truck up, onto the racks, and within 5-10 mins, fixed my muffler. The check engine light was off too!! When I asked how much for the fix?, the guy told me dont worry about it. I was completely shocked, and very thankful. I was able to race over to emissions, after leaving Performance Muffler, pass emissions, then race to MVD, and get my tags. All by 5pm!! Im still amazed, and it was all thanks to Performance Muffler. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know!

Stop in today, spur of the moment 15 minutes prior to closing time. I explain I was smelling excess exhaust fumes when idling but didnt hear any noise. They immediately put it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem. Good news, bad news scenario. He found the leak but couldnt fix it. 2 bolts were missing from the manifold leading into the engine. He pointed out the missing bolts to me. The charge. Absolutely nothing. I appreciated the honesty and expertise.
