Great clean place, Great friendly staff. Sara is super sweet and you can tell she is very family oriented. she made us feel secure with leaving our personal belongings here. Any issues they are quick to respond. The staff are understanding and willing to work with you as long as you communicate with them. Definitely recommend this place for any short term, and or long term storage uses.

Sofia was a delight to work with very friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we walked In the door up until we left. She helped us understand the prorate amounts and the contracts.

This place in amazing! My boyfriend and I have been looking for a storage place that doesn’t want to charge you an arm and a leg. Went in to change lockers and paper work. Gina was the most helpful and wonderful staff at this location. Would recommend using this storage facility, clean and good pricing. Remember to ask for Gina.

I must say that I was definitely impressed with the customer service i received from Sara! She walked me and my husband through the entire process. She made us feel like this location was the safest place to leave our belongings. She definitely deserves top pay! Great customer service is very hard to ce by now aways.

I went in to change some documents and Gina was absolutely amazing. She was direct and helpful while also still being able to carry on a wonderful conversation. She absolutely exceeds standards when it comes to customer service and should be the new baseline when it comes to employees here.

For instance they will try several attempts to contact you if you didnt realize it was time to pay and it was behind a week because you were out of town on a family emergency or simply to visit love ones... o and did I mention you lost you wallet with the only source to make payment online... As long as you comunicate with you honestly they are more than happy to help you out... They reach out to see whats going on in case youre late to see if something happened or not.. I just love you guys at US Storage and Yolanda at the 83rd Ave location. She very very great at her job and helpful she is all about the customer service and she goes the next mile to make sure that the customer is happy. I cant complain with that shout out to US Storage, shout out to Yolanda, and shout out to all us storage staff members...

Love my storage unit! Very convenient for me to store all my business equipment. Staff is great in particular Jay one of the employees who seen me and my cousin struggling to get an heavy backdrop into our unit he ran and helped us immediately he went above and beyond which showed so much care. Can’t thank him enough. Jay not knowing that we had such a long weekend and he came to help. Employees like him should be everywhere. Not many places are blessed with people like him!

I went in on 2 occasions for information and was serviced by 3 people Hunter, Yolanda, and another young lady I’m sorry I forgot her name. Everyone was great! They were friendly and informative. One of the ladies does speak Spanish too! I called around researching storage for about 2 weeks and this was the best deal! No one else’s prices compared and they offer the 1st month 50% off with a donation to a cancer association. I would definitely recommend, if you are able to find a unit-they are filing up fast!

Totally pleased with the professional atmosphere here. Hunter was there to help with unlocking the cart and restroom while we were moving out.

Yolanda was extremely helpful when I asked about possibly getting a bigger storage unit. She showed me a storage room available and reserved it for me to move my stuff on the weekend. She also assured me that the room would be cleaned before I moved my stuff in.
