We had a brake controller installed at this U-haul location that prematurely malfunctioned.The manager here was awesome in helping us get a replacement controller. He provided us great customer service, and was awesome to work with. 5 Stars!

Christina there was very helpful. I needed service done to fix the current hitch on my vehicle and she was on top of things. Made sure everything was right. Really pleasant experience. I would highly recommend seeing her for hitch work/installs.

Christina got me all hooked for a trailer hitch install very quickly and made it a real easy process. Manager and other staff were all very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back and rent equipment from them.
