Friendly staff and great customer service

These guys got me out of a jam last minute. They were quick, friendly, and saved me from spending a lot more money than I could have. I would definitely use them again

Im a little disappointed, but given to where this place is located you cant expect much. On the first day of moving my stuff in, I noticed either human or animal feces by the stairs. It wasnt cleaned up for another 2-3 I was told the elevator didnt work, but I wasnt expecting it not to work 2-3 weeks onto moving my stuff in. On top of that, I wouldnt dare go here alone. I wouldnt recommend this place not even if they were giving units away for free.

I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ACCESS 24 HOURS A DAY.... PLEASE!!

I had my belongings here for over 1yr. The positive is that my unit was never broken into (which has happened at other storage facilities). The negatives are the rent was raised while there And the Most negative was that my kitchen table was eaten through by termites - or some other wood eating pest - so bad I had to trash it! ☹

Busy location. Mason Store Manager was fast, efficient, polite ( despite fact they were slammed the minute the doors opened, and had customers that were very rude and insulting as if they were the only ones there) he responded to rudeness with courteousness. Multi tasked amazingly while keeping cool and getting everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks Mason

Not really friendly

I just got to this location and I am extremely unhappy. Its literally the opposite of everything I booked online from the deposit to the size of the truck DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! TRY RENTING FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY OTHER THAN UHAUL IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO WITH THEM CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Customer service is great and very helpful but the security of the storage doesnt get much worse than this. My storage was broken into and there is no cameras on over half place so anybody can get away with anything. Plus it even took them over a week to secure the door again

Unfortunately the area can attract some undesirables. It would be nice to have more employee presence in and about the parking lot and main gate. This is frustrating.It is a 24 hour storage facility sadly they determine clients access on Limited information and assumptions based on appearances resulting in restricted access. If you go to school or have a day job it would be difficult 2 utilize the facilityMy recommendation is to talk to the staff @ U-Haul across street. They are helpful & knowledgeable.I would research other accommodations for storage due to High crime, theft & limited hours w/doors that are hard to operate.On a positive note, graffiti & trash is constantly thrown on property they do an excellent job of keeping the property cleaned. Nice job.

Can reserve your vehicle online and was a quick and easy pickup the day I needed it. Only spent 5 minutes inside and the staff was very helpful and efficient

Convenient location, but the staff is quick to judge and label their clients

Very well kept up and maintained. Lil odd things. Like at their storage facility you have to pay to use the dumpster

This storage facility staff is HORRIBLE. Do not rent here. They are unprofessional. They have homeless people living in their units & crashing out in the bathroom so they are forced to deal with a rough group in this area but the bad part of it all is they treat everyone as if they are on DRUGS, homeless or breaking the rules. They assume the worst in everyone. I moved out. I will never give them my business again for anything.

The staff consists of 1 outsider who sweeps and cleans, and all the rest are this group of pec-flexing, bad mannered, bullies who still behave as they did in school back in their home country.Most of the time they are more worried about back-stabbing their way up the pecking order than doing their jobs, & when they do try to do their jobs, it seems their minds are too fuddled (from testosterone supplements, or some other substance, who can say?), none of them seem able to use reason or logic in their day-to-day world.Unprofessional, to be kind. Bluntly, I, and people with me, have been yelled at, browbeaten, insulted, degraded, discriminated against, bullied, and just plain treated unfairly.

Very poor customer service. access times were changed on me without notice and their phone number no longer works. I cant access my storage unit! U-Haul corporate office also told me they couldnt do anything to help and just transferred me to a non-working voice mail! very disappointed with the new mismanagement company!!!

I love the 24 hour service

Because I do not support the snuff movies are the missing girls in this neighborhood have to do something with U-Haul I dont like it
