Very polite and reliable staff.Moving vans and equipment have always worked without any problems (air conditioning has always blew strong and cold!!).Each of our family has received good service from this location over the years.

Initially, there were some logistical challenges, but I m giving these guys 5 stars b/c they responded very positively to my frustrations. I was moving out of state and Enrique, the manager, walked me through all of the steps and got me out of a hairy situation. No business is perfect, but a great response to challenges is whats really revealing to a business values. For that, Im giving them the credit they deserve. Ask for Enrique. Hell help you out.

Person working there has no education whatsoever, train your staff on providing good “customer service” and being empathic. Will never enter that store again.

The manager took really good care of me went in and got pickup truck . I was treated well . This manager is definitely customer service, he really took care of me . Highly recommend to meet him and be treated like I was. He really is a good guy.

Website says you have a car trailer. Show up there’s a car trailer, asks if I have a reservation then says oh it’s sold anyway. They are just really late. I’m sorry but if it’s on the website and it’s here and the 2pm apt is 2 hours late... it’s not theirs anymore. Wasted trip for nothing!
