The customer service in this location is amazing, even with my child that wasnt in a good mood they try to get her feel comfortable while finishing the check out, very fast in the process and friendly. Thanks a lot guys!

U-Haul was awesome! They have reasonable prices for renting trucks. They came in clutch in a pinch. We needed to pick up this couch and within 10 minutes of us walking in we had a truck. The pricing was super dope! They give you a large window for returning the truck.The sweetest part though was that the team members were really nice.

I vacated mi unit in June of this year and Manager assured everything was in order but I still getting emails with fees very nasty notifications ….disappointing

This is the only uhaul I use and there are closer ones to me. The reason is the customer service of Terry and Thor, absolutely unparalleled. They take the job seriously and always go the extra mile to help. Youll leave this uhaul with a positive vibe.

Most positive experience Ive had out of my 20 or so experiences renting trucks. The three staff members I interacted with at different times were all overwhelmingly nice (goofy as heck but so nice!) and helpful. The hours and availability online were accurate, which I dont take for granted having had negative experiences elsewhere. The truck itself was almost brand new (although that part might have just been a coincidence). The check-out and check-in was really fast and simple. I will definitely check availability at their site first the next time Im renting(to be thorough and provide the only negative I can think of, theres limited parking space around the building)

I left w/ out a truck. I have rented from uhaul since the 80s, L.A, Houston, D.C, Albuquerque, NYC, Las Vegas, Seattle, Tucson & NEVER had the ridiculous bs experience I had here. Uhaul or at least this location treats ppl like they are a terrorist attempting to rent a truck for the next bombing. You have I.D. & cell number you dont need to call references for a mf truck rental. Its a damn truck rental not a loan application. My business now goes to Budget or Penske!

Best experience I’ve had at a U-haul. The staff was so friendly and it was the fastest I have ever gotten a van and returned it. All my other experiences at other locations the process took forever. But this one wasn’t busy and I left very happy with the experience

This place is so awesome, convenient, well priced storage. Additionally, it has units that are climate controlled ! Furthermore, the staff is wonderful my lock wasnt properly secured so my door would just open and they monitored it by camera until I could get down there. Theyre the ones that told me that it was unlocked.best customer service Ive ever seen at a storage facility they not only called until they got a hold of me they sent emails to let me know my stuff was not secure.

WELCOMING, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL and FRIENDLY-- I reserved a locker on-line and went in today for the first time to get things set up. Thor greeted me and was so helpful. He took me to the unit, showed me around the property and where to find the carts, etc. There was another customer in the store who he treated equally as friendly and respectfully as he did me. I selected this particular U-Haul facility because of the positive reviews it has received. This place must have great management. Thank you for treating your customers so well.

Everything about this place is more then a five star!! Been thru some tough time but having to storage all my belongings there made me not have to worry because that place is secured and I trust them with all my valuables.. I go back if I ever need a storage in the future💜

My experience here was significantly slower and noticeably less friendly service than other uhaul locations I use frequently that are in this area (40th and Camelback is my usual). Got a very short, kinda nasty phone call from them about my reservation that was pretty uncool before I even arrived. Icing was waiting for over 30 minutes for my trailer after completing their online checkin process with ALL my details and payment info, serious waste of time all around. Constructive feedback to this location’s management —> help people w online reservations quickly so that you can dedicate time to customers who need your associates time instead of making EVERYONE wait for someone to ask you about box sizes or tape selection. Like why check in ahead of time if there is no difference???!?

Ive rented from them twice and will do it again. The Manager, Terry and his crew are awesome. Great customer service and good sense of humor. I highly recommend them.

I just needed boxes but I ran into two of the most friendliest people I have dealt with in awhile. I think her name was Brigid, that was the name on my receipt, was super sweet and helpful, offering to help me out to my vehicle and a nice gentleman, whos name I didnt catch offered to help load them. A+ customer service! Its nice to know there are still genuine people in the customer service industry. Their friendly attitude definitely made my day!

This place is the best in my book! I have never had such a satisfying customer services experience before. From the clean facilities to the top notch staff these guys know their stuff. Always greeted promply with a good attitude and sometimes a good joke. Highly recommend these folks.

I attempted to check a pickup truck out a few nights ago, and ended up spending almost two hours in the cold trying to get my reservation to approve me. The terms of mobile checking clearly stated that you need at least two forms of identification in addition to your drivers license. These can be, I believe, a reference with a friend, reference with a family member, a copy of your current mortgage or lease agreement, a utility bill in your name, or a government-issued photo ID such as a passport.Neither my brother nor friend had been contacted for a reference check, and the customer service lady rudely kept telling me that I needed to either send a copy of my passport or would have to wait until the morning when the desk staff arrive. I dont have a passport that is valid and was freezing at that point. Suffice it to say, I spent two hours in the cold and ended up not getting verified, having to walk several miles, in frigid [for Phoenix] weather.TL;DR: The customer service for the truckshare 24/7 service was appalling.

Manager is very nice, helpful, and the personal, all very attentive, feels like a family. They treat us, like a 5 star hotel, literally.their service was excellent, they over did it, we never met people like this With so much dedication. we rent a truck from another u hauI location, because they didnt have the size truck, few miles down the road, the truck Broke down, we passed by there office and told them what happened, immediately, the manager took care of us, supplied us with cold water all the time and snaks, then he call the mechanic, and the main office, he finds us another truck, because the first one wasnt fixable right away, then he found the people to move our stuff from one truck to the other, Terry Apolinaris the manager, hitch the car to the truck, himself, they stayed over the closing time, until he was sure that will be okay, incredible people, God bless them. would recommend them, 100 Por cent.and More.👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏.

The people are nice HOWEVER,.. I placed my stuff in storage for 7 month. I just moved from Utah and looking for a place in Phoenix. While moving my belongings out of storage I had found my couch and recliner was infested with some type of bug. They denied it was bed bugs by visually look at them and sent me an email about how much they clean there units. Still I was not taking my couches to my new home.When I went back to sweep out my unit, there were still a lot of bugs just crawling on the floor.RIP- my comfy lazy boy couches 😢

You have got to be kidding me. Not once, but twice in the last 7 days Ive had horrible experiences at Uhaul. Unreal. This time around is was an hour plus wait as I was told that there was a system-wide Uhaul malfunction that prevented the uhaul location from renting me a truck in a timely matter. Furthermore, I was made to feel like a criminal. Ive rented from uhaul no fewer than a dozen times and while I was sitting at the counter, Mr. Donald Oliver decided that he would confirm my cellphone number by calling me. When he didnt hear it ring, he asked me if my phone was on silent and wanted to see my phone. Wow. Then I was told by Mr. Terry that the prepaid credit card that I was using for the reservation probably wouldnt work. Despite the fact that my card wasnt prepaid it was a normal card. I love how people see the color of ones skin and jump to certain conclusions. Wow, well its been more than an hour and Im still sitting in this chair waiting for a truck...

I have never received such excellent customer service and engagement anywhere; Terry and crew went above and beyond in every single way they could. They earned a dedicated customer and my highest recommendation.
