I found a great deal. The storage size was great as well. It was clean. the staff member was friendly. They had additional items On hand to purchase specially a lock -this place needs a small cylinder lock. Which the company had on hand to purchase very convenient. They also had a dolly for us to use. Unfortunately we had a 15 foot U-Haul truck it was very hard to move throughout the facility at each end of the facility the northside and the southside was a very tight squeeze, it can only fit a small car the rest of the isles are good with the width - to fit through! they did have construction down there. A inconvenience we have to another entrance to get in which looks like as if the street was closed off, but managed to figure it out get through. No second floor access no elevators, all first floor ground lever storage access. No control air - so in the summer it’s Scorching hot hydrate yourself drink lots of water.

I needed a place in a hurry and nearby. StorQuest had some specials going so I grabbed a unit. It was end of day on a sunday but the representative was happy to help, even engaging management as needed when my assigned unit was found to still be occupied by an auction which hadnt yet been claimed.It isnt the issue itself but how well it was communicated and resolved that makes this stay at a 5 star. Rep and manager too care of business and kept me informed.

As a new tenant of this facility, I am pretty impressed both with the cleanliness of the facility and management. From the beginning to the end the manager, Alex, was amazing and very helpful. When I first called to get pricing she was helpful with recommending the right unit for what I needed to store. Then when we moved in she made sure to tell me everything (gate times, extra costs, etc.) so there werent any surprises; she even told me there was someone onsite all the time, which is reassuring! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any storage needs!!! Ask for Alex and you wont be disappointed!

Awesome place

I recently had a 5 star experience with Ray. I needed to downsize my unit, and was coming from out of town to do this. We spoke on the phone beforehand, and he was able to help me get a nearby unit to change over my stuff. This was immensely helpful. He had a handcart to use as well! I didnt have to pay to rent one, which saved me money.The rates are incredibly reasonable for being in such a great location. It is easy to get to from Hwy 51 or the 101. The units are kept clean between tenants, and the staff has always been extremely friendly (EXTRA big plus) and WILLING to help. Ive used this location for 3 years and highly recommend them without reservation. I do not see this kind of customer support very much, so it is a standout experience. Thanks again, Ray!!!Maria C.

Loved our experience with this facility. We moved our things into storage for a few months while we were preparing to buy a house, and the process to reserve a unit, pay each month, and all other aspects were seamless. We moved out this past weekend, and the on-site manager happened to notice and took care of closing our account then and there without us needing to do any extra work. Prices are extremely reasonable, and quality of service was great. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I really enjoy the convenience of the facility and found it to be clean and secure. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend your storage to friends and family.

Awesome Management Team. I only have 2 issues with the place. They close at 8:00 pm and you have to be out of there by 8:00 pm. The other thing is that you do not have a personal code to get in. Anyone and everyone can come in as long as it’s during business hours and have to leave at 8:00 pm. So if you can’t get there before 8:00 pm you are SOL.The second thing is that there isn’t any lights or electricity in the units so you need to bring flashlights if it starts to get dark. So actually the only real problem is not having 24 hour access as some other locations have.Alex the Manager is pretty cool. However she got pretty angry at me one evening when I lost track of time and was leaving and she yelled at me that I should have been gone by 8:00 pm and it was 9:00 pm so that kinda sucked. Other than those things, it’s a decent place. Neighborhood is a tad sketchy though.

First call unfortunately mis guided. I did get assistance from Alex she was thorough and even though I didnt commit.

Great storage facility, the least expensive I found yet comparable in quality and customer service. The unit is clean and secured with a special lock that makes it very difficult to break open. Convenient location and hours.

Make sure cameras are faced everywhere and things dont get stolen. I paid 600 dollars to get half of my stuff stolen.still havent got insurance money.

The manager Ray was very professional and courteous, very informative about all the different units, pricing, he gave us a mini tour of the units. Enjoyed my new experience with the company, and glad to be a new resident. I would recommend to anyone needing the service.

Easy move in, great customer service, great price. Yeah they werent air condition, but those units are usually $200 to $400 a month for a small unit, and anyone bitching that theyre not air condition should have been able to tell that when you can see the doors coming to the outside air conditioned structures are usually in a big building. Nothing bad to say, manager was very polite and very helpful. I would use this again if I had to.

Ray and Janet have helped me out in a professional and friendly manner. When I indicated the unit they were assigning me wouldnt work for me, Ray immediately looked for another one. Only asked questions to help pick the right unit.The price I am being charged is almost $50.00 less than others in the area; which is why I chose this Storquest. I had a number of details to coordinate that kept moving and Janet remained flexible and helpful for me throughout. The customer support was most appreciated and its nice to know I am working with kind people who care. My space was swept clean when I arrived, and that was a nice bonus.I had looked at quite a few different places around the metro area, and this was the best priced for the size!! Very nice to find.

The staff is great. We were greeted outside the office immediately when we showed up. The staff did not try to upsell us to a larger unit or purchase more insurance than we needed. We were in and out with a new storage lease signed in about 15 minutes. The people working there are what make the place great to do business with.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, IT IS BY A MAIN STREET AND 2 FREEWAYS. BUT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT IS THE MANAGER RAY. HE IS FRIENDLY, MAKES YOU FEEL AT HOME, AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BUSINESS. THE UNITS ARE KEPT CLEAN AND SAFE. I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 8 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS . GARRETT FLEMING

I would never recommend this property. I was moving and they changed units for me. They never told me that the unit would be locked. The office closes at the and when I went with my U-Haul at 5 it took forever for someone to come out and help me. Then when I went the next day to put more stuff in storage I couldnt unlock my unit. I had to call after hours again. The banner loves on sure her car was there...it still took her thirty minutes to come and help. I had my two yr old with us and when she finally came she said she couldnt do anything. So called the after hours again the gm Jennifer had a solution but this girl was still no willing to help. Talked to Jennifer the gm she was understanding and worked something out with us. Long story sorry short cs is horrible, poor communication, and thieves. Dont do it.

This storage is so great the price for it was awesome. Ive been to other storages before. But none of them were as good as this one. The people were so nice and also around the area was all very clean. When I ever need another storage again this is where Ill go.

Ive had a very good experience at StorQuest. Im a first timer with this company and have found the manager to be very helpful answering questions and helping us getting the paperwork done quickly. He was also very cordial and easy to work with and let us know he could be easily reached and was on the premises if we should need him.

So far so good. Not sure I like not having access after 8pm. Guess Ill be planning ahead. Decent, clean place......

I would recommend this storage place to anyone. Its clean, safe, affordable, and the management is excellent!

You will never find someone more awesome as a storage manager than Rob he is a gem. He should be promoted. He really should be running his own business. I rented there for two years and had about 10 different units at one point I was paying 600$ for two 14x30 units and they have lights in them. That is hard to find they also have containers and vehicle parking which I also had there. The security is top notch. I was never worried about my stuff. Rob is a very unique person with a large personality and understanding of people. He knows his stuff and has givin me some great advice at times. You just dont find people like him anymore. The rates are the best they offer truck rental to.

The manager is very helpful and friendly. Only thing I don’t like is I had to buy renters insurance even though I already have a plan. Once explained that the coverage provided includes flood damage that traditional renters insurance doesn’t it was undertstandable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They helped me move in quick and easy while still being cheaper then other storage facilities in the area. The manager Ray is great! he keeps you updated on your account and is quick to respond to any questions. Everyone Ive delt with here have always been very helpful and curtious.

The reason I’m giving it only 3 stars is due to customer service. I tried to book online to take advantage of the cheaper online rate. You can not book online without paying the insurance and I already had insurance. So I called customer service, she went ahead and booked my storage unit and assured me they would credit my next month for the insurance I had to pay once I showed the facility my insurance paperwork. She even said she would put a note in my account. When I checked in at the facility the manager told me that there was no way I could get a credit. When I told her there was a note on my account she said it said, please credit if possible. Then told me I should have come in and not completed order online or through customer service if I didn’t want to pay that fee. While the fee for the month wasn’t a lot of money, it’s the poor customer service and lack of consistency within the company that I find frustrating.

The whole experience from the beginning has been wonderful. They had a person repeatedly breaking into units and they handled the aftermath from her very professionally . Accommodated me in every way possible. Very friendly staff. Manager, Ray, treats his customers with respect and works with people rather than against just to make an extra buck. Left a message on a Sunday that i wanted to upgrade my unit and was called back an hour before they closed to say, come on in and we will get that taken care of. That said a lot to me. Most would of let that roll over to Mondays task list. I have rented here in the past (different staff) and am just as happy now as I was then and would strongly recommend this storage facility to others. I would give them 10 stars if possible

I give 0 stars. Rates have been raised every year with out notice and this last time was over 20%. I have closed out storage facility due to unwarranted rate increases. The site is so so and does not offer any other special services that is not available with other reasonably rated storage facilities.do not use them as they have poor business practices and are really rude to deal with.

Customer service was/is excellent. Am a bit disappointed, was under the impression that the storage spaces were air cooled, and...the monthly price was not discussed. Felt as though was a bit of a Bait and Switch situation. But already had my items loaded in trucks when I did the contract. If not for that I would have gone elsewhere.

Facility is ok, please take your own lock else they charge too much for lock, also keep the booking emails handy, they may ask you to pay more if mail is not handy.

Its reasonable price and near to my home. The unit manager is so friendly.

The guy was very nice and helpful, space was a good size for the price and it was clean as well.

Every thing went smoothly. The only thing I didnt like is that the gate is just open all day, no closed gate or gate codes.

Worse experience ever. My storage was broken into two times and the facility locked me out of my space and would not return my calls for re-entry. This prevented me from getting needed items for a trip out of the country.

Easiest expierance friendly great customer service

Lets just say the staff there are VERY unprofessional and after being out of the area for 8 mos. When i came to get some needed things from my storage i was harerassed and when i say harrassed i mean harshly ridiculed and discriminated against. As was a parapalegic veitnam vet. And without any cause for this treatment, was told my tenancy was terminated and i had five days to remove my things. And now they have overlocked me. Stay far away from this insane lady named Janet, stay away from that whole business. Look it up on the BBB.
