Friendly fast service. 20*10 was big enough for my garage. Easy to access had this loaded in a Lil over an hour.

Storage West, 1628 Bell Rd in N Phoenix with Ed at the wheel as on-site live-in manager, is far and away the best in the business. Not the most modern or available climate control, but clean & safe & secure & well managed. When Ed takes a day here and there to catch a breath, the subs are just as pleasent and knowledgeable as Ed. Youll be fine here, belongings as well. John

We liked it when we moved in and did so because we were able to use the truck to take it. That was awesome..however then they changed the hours from 6 am to 10 pm ..to now the gate is only open 7am to 7pm. I didnt appreciate that at all. Otherwise the property is adequate.

I checked out a few places, Storage West had the best prices and you cant beat their front desk personalities. I dealt with Ashley who was just so down to earth and professional.My daughter rented previously and we dealt with the gentlemen that normally runs the place. He is just as professional and down to earth.Oooh, and who can beat their free truck to help you move your things. So get this lowest rates annnd free truck.Go check them out you wont regret it!

They where super nice and very compassionat

I rented a unit here for a few months earlier this year. Edward(the manager) was amazing and I felt completely safe entering and leaving the grounds. They drive around on a golf cart and make sure everything is safe. I really appreciated their hospitality as well as highly recommend this place. ~Angela

Has great prices here! Quick and easy process. They even offer a truck you can use for free for a whole day (charge after 50 miles). The service is nice and prompt. Units are pretty big too.

Good service most of the time. Reasonable rates. Convenient location. Was looking for 24 access which they dont usually offer but they did put me on an extended hour list to try to accommodate me which I appreciated.

We kept our things here for about two years without any issues. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Not sure what the market looks like now but the price was by far the best at the time. I highly recommend this location.

Great Service, cheapest prices in town. The only negative is that it doesnt have 24 hr. gate access.

I have been with Storage West for 7 months now and they are good. We upgraded to a bigger unit and they made it pretty easy. The only complaint I have is the door is broke off the rails but I told Andrew about it and he fixed it. 4 stars just because the prices dont seem very competitive.
