My husband and I have moved out of state and in state 6 times over the past 25 years, and they have all been stressful and eventful. This move was outstanding from beginning to end thanks to the high quality of service from all involved at S&M Moving. The relocation coordinator, movers and quality control representative were kind, professional, accommodating, conscientious, hard working and passionate about their profession. This is Jeaneen Shively on Bell Road. The team (Mike Placencio, Jack Colter, Alex Lagos) from S&M Moving Systems were amazing. They arrived first thing in the morning and went right to work, moving all our stuff into our new place. We are moved a few times over the years and I can say these guys were by far the best. They were careful to move items into the correct rooms. I would highly recommend this team, great service. They are a 10+.I hope this message is passed along to management; they should know how hard this team worked.

I manage a storage facility. These 2 guys were moving out one of my customers. While I was away from my desk, the fellas tried to get into the sliding doors with a cart. As they did not apparently have the code, one of the movers proceeded to enter my office, walk right past the covid protocol barrier, exit out the side door, and then the sensor opened the door for him. As I went to let the other guy know that this is a covid barrier in my office and that they cannot go past it, he just walked away from me as I kept on talking, never answering or looking back. Sorry but this is not how it is done. Truck no. 810006.

Don’t!!! Stay away!!! They will damage your house, ignore you when you show them on site, tell the insurance you did it!!!! They are supposed to be insured but their insurer will back them, they aren’t on your side. If I could put negative stars I would. Call the next company.
