The Staff is at the top of their game!The place is impossibly cleanI didnt put my lock back on my unit one day and they noticed immediately. I already had an email waiting to notify me when I woke up the next morning. When I was done with my unit, I checked out online, but I had a question, I called them- and they returned my call immediately. Answered my questions thoroughly.I had prepaid for more than the length of time I actually needed it, and they refunded me for the extra month with no problem!Excellent facility, Amazing staff!Good Work!

All I have to say is what EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received the last few months while we navigated a difficult time with my Sister-in-law who we in a horrible car accident. Today we needed to move her things from a big unit she shared into a smaller one and Brian was so helpful. She was in a wheelchair and he helped us out tremendously. We even rented to big of a unit and he was so patient when we decided to change it to a smaller one. He check on us while we were moving in the heat and even offered water. Thank you so much Brian. Your kindness and patience today was very much appreciated. The property is spotless and the rates are very affordable considering the increase in demand. I love the locking system too. Everything seemed secure. Id highly recommend. Thanks again!

Overall I have been pleased with the customer service. Jordan the manager is always helpful and pleasant to speak with. On the other hand I walked into the office around 1145 today 8/22/21 but I didn’t realize they were not open until 12 but the door was open with the keys on the floor as I walked in the women appeared very irritated and rudely informed me we are not open and rushed me out the door. I did not catch her name but she works Sunday. She behaved very unprofessionally, I was highly disappointed with her attitude towards me especially considering I have had a unit there for the past 12 months. The manager is the reason I give it 5 stars still

Loved my experience with storing my stuff here! I stayed with Life Storage for a few years now and I’ve had no complaints at all with anything. I really appreciate them for always personally out to me when there’s changes or they see something with my account. They are professional and personable. Thank you Jared for being the best. You are very knowledgeable when I have questions or concerns! Definitely recommend!

Most horrible experience. Was looking to rent a 10x20 storage unit. The manager Veronica was very rude, short and snippy and smelled of alcohol. The customer before me left rolling there eyes and I can understand why after my encounter with her. So disappointed and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

He took the time to answer my question when he called me this afternoon and was waiting for me in the office at the time I said I would be there. He even greeted me at the door. This location is great! Had 2 situations arise that they were quick to handle and resolve in a manner that was beneficial for both parties. Any time I called w/ concern or question. they were helpful and considerate of my situation. Nothing was ever a hassle w/ this place. I would definitely recommend this company and location! We needed a place to store our stuff for about two month while we moved. The storage unit was amazingly priced and we were able to fit our entire apartment worth of things in the 10x10. The staff was extremely friendly and made move in and move out a quick and easy process.

I stored with this location for about a year and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly every time we headed into the office. The access hours are great, I never had a problem getting to my unit when I needed to. Their rates were good and the facility was clean. Would definitely come back if I needed storage again. In addition, we have a large trailer to maneuver around to our unit and the aisles look plenty wide to handle the trailer movement, both in and out of the facility. Glad we found you!

Love the storage facility and when I used the company van to move in they allowed me 24 hr access. Also theyre not strict on leaving at closing and the gate will let you out unlike other places that lock you in. The only problem I have is the prices are a bit high. But other then that they have power outlets good lighting and water hose.

I cant begin to say how amazed I am with the staff at life storage!.. Dominique saved my sanity by helping get a different unit because my roommate insisted a 5X10 would fit our entire 2 bedroom apartment. She quickly got us the unit next to the first one that was 5X15. She and her staff displayed the best customer service and true caring for us as customers. Rented from this N. Phx location years ago and the reason for returning outside of needing a unit to store my items was the outstanding customer service given by both Jon and John! Always courteous, professional and extremely helpful, I would absolutely refer my friends and family to these guys.

Just got our keys yesterday! Clean facility and great customer service! Ive only rented a unit one other time (not a life storage) and it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt very good customer service and the office didnt feel very clean- so thats kinda what I came to expect. This Life Storage was the opposite of that! Definitely recommend this if youre looking for a storage unit.

I have 2 storage spaces here . The spaces and grounds are kept clean and secure, and the manager, Jon, was quite helpful in selecting the right space and arranging access to the moving van. Convenient access to both I 17 and Loop 101 a plus. Definitely recommend to others!

John helped me get set up with an air conditioned space. I know that my belongings are safe and secure here! I was also able to use a van to move my items! Thanks John for all your help!

Gate was broken upon entry, but a note was posted stating it was in the middle of being repaired. The facility is a little dated, and some of the units need a little work on keeping the dust and the water out, but otherwise its great storage for reasonable prices.
