I left because it was a awful experience. Im going thru a heavy & terrible divorce and some nights after sleeping in my car would go get fresh clothes from my storage & change there. Yes I understand youve got people attempting to live at their storage units and doing even worse things there but I was not one of them yet I was harassed by a female employee who even when I acknowledged what she had to say to me continued to ridicule me like she knew me, like I was one of those street urchins or drug users! A terrible experience that I cant honestly recommend to anyone that facility, that location. For over a week Management would just walk by and comment about the gross things that people were doing there (like leaving human waste in containers just sitting by units!) and yet do absolutely nothing about it. I wasnt there but 1 month & that was entirely too long with a team of employess like that! Most negative reviews are quickly removed, lets hope an honest one thats not vindictive wont be.

As I was waiting for my unit, there was a gentleman there who told us, that his unit had been broken into 2x. As I looked aroumd the facility, I did notice that they didnt have camaras installed. I also heard the employees say, they have staged storages... That means, when they go up for auction... They stage them, that means they have already been in it. I will never go back to u-Haul storages again! The reason being, the woman who had said that, is a manager at another location. So, it wasnt or isnt an isolated situation. SHAME ON YOU U-HAUL !!!

Used to be Cube Smart & I miss it. Entire vibe different now, customers leave trash around everywhere, have to leave ID to use carts - IF YOURE LUCKY TO FIND THE STAFF ON DUTY AT THE TIME

Price is hire, but you get what you pay for, they are fantastic in every area!!!!

Great facility. Clean and easy to get to the units. The staff and management are wonderful! If you live in the downtown area, I would recommend using them.

I have only had my rental with them for 5 months and they have already raised my lease rate by over 15%. I cant speak to their staff as I signed my lease online and due to COVID protocols I was able to get all set up electronically. So at best I would say they are adequate and currently I am a bit disenchanted.Update on 4/8 Based on the response below showing a lack of tact and respect I can now say I have interacted with their staff and it hasnt improve my opinion of the company.

I like the extra step safety measures for getting in and out of the storage to access my unit. I could go at night alone and feel completely safe. I didnt have any issues during the year I rented. Staff was always helpful.

CubeSmart=insane value! 300 bucks for two months, first floor and climate controlled? Ya they have fees on top but even then it was still a better overall cost vs. value than anything else I could find. Also- you can rent their moving truck for like 10 bucks with 50 miles for free. 🤯I am super impressed and will tell everyone I know needing storage to go to you guys. Great work!

A typical modern style storage unit complex located in downtown Phoenix, just across the way from Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Prices are slightly high but given the location, and short distance from where I reside is perfect for me.

I am using the facility in Phoenix right next to the stadium. Had a very positive experience with Zack, the onsite manager there. Very helpful, professional and would definitely make me want to use their facility again. It was also a very clean and secure facility with great parking.

Clean, well lit, the nicest storage unit in my experience. My only complaint is that I asked for a unit close to ASU main campus. They placed me in this facility, close to ASU Phoenix campus.

Greg was absolutely fantastic and we really appreciated all of his help during our move. He even stayed late (with zero complaints) because it took us longer to get everything out of the truck. Had a wonderful experience so far after moving in today. All thanks to the manager, Greg. He worked with me after I moved back my moving day and was really helpful, kind, professional throughout the move in. The location seems clean and orderly. Also being available to rent a truck basically almost for free is a high bonus.

I rated it 4 stars due to the fact the place is so huge I can never find my unit and the numbers of the units are so confusing (they had no method to there madness when numbering the units) dont ever go there if your in a hurry lol takes me 45 min just to find the silly thing! Other than that the service is fantastic, however never answer their phones either, or fill their water boxes. But the employees are really nice.

So far its been great. Customer service was excellent.

CubeSmart makes moving easier! We had great customer service with Tom. He was able to show us around the facility, showcase a few units for us, as well as get us a storage unit that day. We took advantage of two deals CubeSmart has going on, 15% off and first month free- all we had to pay was a one time application/setup fee! The facility is very clean, feels secure, and the complimentary cold, bottled water is really refreshing in Phoenix! I didnt think I could get excited about a storage unit but this new facility is pretty impressive.

I lost my car registration which is necessary to park outside. The manager did everything she could, using a lot of creativity, to find a way for me to park, at least for the first few months. She bent over backwards to help, always with a smile. She is the greatest !!
