Ive heard about big egos and attitudes at Trask. Went there today for the 1st time and found nothing but helpful, knowledgeable people who seem to love what they do.I will definitely use them again.

These guys tell you they’re going to do something, and then totally ghost you when they’ve got your money. Ordered an exhaust system and was told it would ship the next day. When I didn’t get shipping confirmation the next day I called them due to being on a tight schedule. Eric told to send him an email and they would get back to me right away with an explanation. NOTHING. Now when I call the phone goes straight to a voicemail. I guess them being at Sturgis gives them justification to forget about the guys that have already paid. I never would have thought I’d have to worry about something like this from a company as reputable as Trask.

Had a great experience with Trask...went there for a dyno tune on a bike I thought was already running great. They got me 20 ftl bs more peak TQ and 7 peak HP more and Smith as butter combustion...Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for with a dyno tuner!

The pipe they sent me has the baffle in backwards they will not answer my calls or emails trying to warranty this has been a nightmare this whole time my bike is down and not rideable because the baffle being backwards will not allow a tune

Gotta say, just had “ Another” engine built by Trask Performance .This is my 3rd one amongst lots of other work in between bikes and engine work .Nope have never hurt or had any issues with any of their work .Just can’t kick the habit of horsepower .This recent 106 is still in its break in mode, but if it runs as good as it sounds, I’ll be another very happy customer AGAIN, This particular job was a time crunch for a number of reasons .As I live in Tucson, 120 miles from Nick .Moots even meant me 1/2 way in between after working hours to deliver bike to me !Absolutely awesome crew !!!Not sure if anyone else could ever be this top notch with quality, delivered results, and no B.S.Going anywhere else is just FOOLISH !#TRASKPERFORMANCE=STREEFREERESULTS
