Was sent incorrect part for my bike. KTMPARTSPRO will not take responsibly for there mistake and refund me the cost. The part and the cost of shipping to Canada was EXPANSIVE.

I wouldn’t trust this shop as far as I could throw them. Parts prices are fair but they’re going to find a way to rip off their customers.They are happy to rip you off (buying online at least). Went to order a kickstand spring and bolts (would easily fit in a padded envelope or small box) and they wanted $22+ for ground shipping. I won’t buy from this shop.

If I could zero stars I wouldve, ordered parts paid for two day delivery. Then I get an email saying they are backordered, two months out!! Talked to a customer service rep, she said how hard it is to make a site to reference zero stock items. That they were sorry it was out of stock, like that helps a motto dads situation. This was my first and last time I would order from these people. To bad Rocky Mountain ATV was out of stock, they are always top notch!!

Delivered wrong item. missing 35 items.poor communication: a part of the order was on back order and they promised to deliver within a month, then I waited for a month but didnt receive any delivery notification for the back order. I called them and was told the back order delivery date was postponed for another month. Frustrated.Then, I requested for refund for the missing items and the back order, they said process refund right away, but 2+ weeks already passed and I havent seen any refund notice let alone money credited to my account.Will not buy from this seller anymore!

Had a couple of gaskets get lost in shipping and never showed up to my house when it said package delivered on the tracking number. I was fairly certain that i had not gotten the package stolen as i was actually working in my garage when the mail was delivered and had gone and received the mail from the mail man by hand. Got in touch with someone in their customers service department (Nate) and he was more than willing to help me out and ship me a new set of gaskets. All around great customers service with promptly replied emails. Truly a company that cares about their customers.

I understand that a lot of places are understaffed in these unprecedented times, however what happened with my order is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order, and upon receipt of confirmation email noticed that I had ordered the wrong parts. I immediately emailed ktmpartspro and said I would need to cancel the order so I could order the correct parts. No response on this until after the order was shipped. I called you guys every day during the week and never was connected with anyone. I get an email the following Friday notifying me that my order had shipped. They had 5 DAYS TO FIX THIS, but didn’t. Now I am stuck with the parts because it’s their policy to not cancel orders with electronic parts. This place is inexpensive especially as ktm parts go, but it’s not worth the hassle. Buy from anyone else.

Good prices, terrible customer service. Ordered about two weeks ago and have since attempted 4x to contact them... both by phone and email. Initially I wanted to add one item and remove another from the order, right after placing it but nope, that didnt happen. Now my package seems to be lost in shipping and I cannot reach anyone about it. Pretty terrible experience. Doesnt matter if the prices are good if you dont actually receive anything.

I ordered oem ktm parts from ktm parts pro and received after market parts. They charged me for genuine parts and now I have to wait for parts again no thanks to ktm parts pro.
