This community based on driving through it briefly, is kept up very nice. All speed bumps where freshly painted, the streets clean and wide and everyone is taking care of the homes. The pool area looked clean and ready for someone to swim. If your are looking for a community on this side of town I would suggest checking this one out.

Get use to having the water off every month. And not just for an hour or two, more like 6-8 hours on average. Unless it is like today where we are going without water for 16 hours.P.s. the internet here sucks worse than that walmart connection.

This place is maintained really clean, the people that work here tend to be rude at times. I just don’t understand why they don’t allow better internet carriers to service this area. My wife and I work remotely and the providers that are allowed only offer up to 25 mbps but you’re lucky if you even get 5 out of those. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a lot of devices that require internet. Hope Management works on resolving this issue????

Honestly, this place is cool, but the ladies who work here are sometimes rude. Water always get shuts down, back then was way better than now. Looking forward for them closing the gate.

Its okay

I liked there pool area it looks Awesome. There pool company Guardian Angel pools keeps it looking Great all the time. There is also a large grassy area where people were out walking there dogs it looks like a nice place to live.

Just visited a friend there...easy to find location and the lot units are marked well so my friend was easy to find... Sweet place... Seems generally quiet and friendly!

Not too long ago I was looking up mobile home sales and stumbled on San Estrella Mobile Home Park.This brought back memories as my parents owned a home in this park for many years. Dad passed but mom stayed here for 24 more years. It was a beautiful 55+ community that was well kept by every single homeowner. They took pride in their homes and the park. Lots of amenities and activities. Holiday parties, ice cream socials, pool parties, Saturday a.m. breakfast, pot lucks, cards, bingo, you name it. It was like a small hometown where everyone knew each other and looked out for one another. Security patrol was a constant. There were of course issues back then with water being turned off without notice and some minor issues. Then the owner decided to turn SE into a family park and it went downhill very quickly. Nothing against family parks but the rules went out the window. Mom loved her home and this park but passed before she saw the changes. I’ve spoken to a few folks that she knew who still reside here and they’re unhappy and disappointed with this park. We drove through one day and tenants were outside yelling and playing music loudly, kids in the street without supervision, trash in the street, etc....heartbreaking.Sadly it will never be the same as it once was no matter how hard management tries. I’m only sharing this because of how I remembered it used to be.

Very clean and neat. I like the new homes. Everyone waves at you and there is deffinetly a community atmosphere here. The pool was closed but deffinetly looks like fun when its open. I will absolutely be back to visit soon.

RUN. RUN. RUN. These guys are crooks....Angela (manager) is a f$#%^& crook, and needs to go ASAP. Currently, we are in the process of handing out fliers to report the management to the Housing Department. CAL-AM and Angela .... hope you are ready for this battle.A majority of us signed leases years ago... and now we are being told that we need to pour new driveways ($5000), paint our houses ($1000), replace out carports polls ($500), and etc... or we will be evicted from the park.... OH WAIT, it gets better. If you want to sell your home, you must do these repairs before they let you get off the lease and sell to the new buyer. They wont even process new buyers applications until they are done... They know they have the power, and it equates to you being trapped paying their expensive lot rent until you fork over the dough for the repairs.Her constants threats and criminal behavior should be justification for termination.

Used to be a great place to live in until new managementAngela is the new office manager and since then, has made San Estrella a horrific and unpleasant place to live in. Since she has took over management. Residence who have lived here for years are now been evicted or selling their homes for the constant harassment, threats and bullying. She is now coming out with all these new rules and regulations on the people she chooses to apply those rules on. There is definitely favoritism as she allows other home owners to do as they please. I used to think I was getting picked on but as i talked to my neighbors and people in the community it disturbs me to know that a lot of people in the community feels the same way towards the office manager and are getting ready to call cooperate and the housing department. CAL - AM properties needs to start an investigation and see why so many people are now leaving and losing their homes (which i am sure is bad for business) termination needs to be considered the recent reviews on here are very REAL and please take into consideration before buying a home here.

Its a family mobile home park and they are offering new double houses with 3 and 4 bedrooms that can be purchased making monthly payments.

Honestly this place used to be great to live in. After the recent management whatever their name is it’s horrible. The two ladies take advantage of people. They’re extremely rude when you’re trying to have a civil conversation with them. That’s no way to treat a customer, I’ve could have been rude from the start but no I wanted to be nice and the lady has attitude. It’s your word against there’s and who’s side they’re going to take? DO NOT TAKE BRACELETS from them. They’ll lie and say you took more so they can charge you the ridiculous price of 50 for plastic for going into the pool. I’m not sure who to complain too but they need to be fired.

Secured with push button code accessible gate opener. Clean, friendly environment. Units are clean as well. Never know what youre getting until you step inside.

The Management and staff at all levels including Regional at San Estrella Estates, Cal-am community have no respect for low income hard working familys, they provide very little time for improvements and quick to provide eviction notice 14/30. I was refused payment and put in a position of panic, since 30+ families have vacated being put in similar situations. I would not recommend any Cal-am home due to my experience.* Cat infestation* Flee infestation in the dog park* Water Shut off continuously* Very low water pressure.* Lot Rent increase yearly* Tow Truck harassment* Green pool / Forst wrist bands* Continued harassment from management photographer.*No kid play area or Basket ball court.

Management sucks. Theyre always shutting off the water. I had to pay 400 for background checks because they dont allow felonies and other things but yet theres a lot of them here. I would not recommend to anybody

Gated Family Community . Yes the water gets shut off more then I care to mention typically for improvement. The lot rent has increased to $600 unfortunately​ .The water pressure has decreased and will continue to since they added 15+ new trailers. The staff is always helpful and polite. The community is always clean and well keped.

I have come to look at this particular mobile home park now 3 different times and every single time its been freaking closed. I even put a card to let them I wanted to buy a unit and I never received a call from them either. Horrible experience I wont be coming back to this place ever again

I like this place a lot

Water is constantly getting shut off. All the guest parking is always being taken by residents so when guests come they have nowhere to park. The gym only 3 machines work. The pool is closed most of the time.only 3 computers in the computer room. Lots of people stealing. Gates are always broken. No playground or anything for children yet Shuffle board and tennis court nobody uses.the rent constantly goes up. And no good internet signal. Crazy traffic getting in and out. Lots of car accidents. Seen drug needles on the floor outside. And they have routine checkups on your yard.

Worst administration ever... save yourself from constant headaches and look for a better place... the rent increases 20 dollars each year and now is already close to 700 also if u dont pay on time u can always pay 15-35 extra because they dont know how to add correctly... the gate never works and they want, the pool is sometimes close and now they want to charge $500 to use the salon room also the office with the computers room and the pool table is always close on weekends and after 5 on the week

Property is very well kept and clean. Most properties are in great shape and new homes are going in.

Its pretty clean for the most part but the gate hasnt worked in probably over a year, so no gated community. The pool is closed down all the time and Ive seen it open only twice in several months. The security is kind of useless, I hear neighbors out till 3am drinking and yelling and loud music and no security around but the second you park on your own lot that your paying for in the rocks for a few hours, then the security shows up and places a warning sticker on the window for tow. The lot goes up and amenities goes down. Not to mention water gets shut off occasionally which is an inconvenience.

The management do not care at all for the families of this community.  These management people are truly horrible,  they pick on people and do injustice here.They have evicted more than 30+ families here, not because of late rent but because of small things, like weeds were not pulled,  a torn screen, driveway had a crack in cement,  poles are slanted and need to be straight,  trees not cut, etc the list goes on.Now if you are served with an inspection they will not take your monthly payment for rent until you complete the items listed on the inspection notice. You have 14 days (usually) and if items are not completed, you will be tooken to court and get evicted, and you have only 3 days to move out.I know they also have favorites, one if the family i know here had never got seved with an inspection notice,  they have violated all the the things that these other people got evicted for but because they are friends with management, they are allowed to get away with it.Now this is how they get people to lose their homes. It is very sad. If they cares at all about the famalies here they would offer to help or have a community clean up weekend. Unfortunately, the management dont care that they are the reason 30+ famalies lost there homes. They made the poverty level go up and now famalies are homeless.Very Sad

I tried to buy a trailer. Went to the office to apply on a Wednesday and came back on Friday. They never even processed my application. Due to that I lost my opportunity to buy a trailer

I lived here since 09 and rent keeps going up and they keep taking the services away.It supposed to be a gated community,The gate hasnt worked in severalMonths, but the rent keeps going up.I could keep going on and on,but I wont.Very disatisfied with the management here.They lie and deceive the people here

Horrible management. Secretary mayte gives out false information and false threats. Has no proof for anything she says and seems to be making everything up as she goes. Uses her position to intimidate tenants and follows them to their home in an unmarked vehicle with people other people in her car. Felt very unsafe and unsure about who this woman is and why she still had a position with this company.

No pool, no club house after5 or weekend, no gate, no party salon without a low payment of 500 + depósit and your rent woudnt down never.... please buy somewhere else, there is alot of places better than this one for less, also the traffic on this area is terrific and alot of crimes

The mobile home park is horrible they are always closing the water down they leave you without water the whole day and sometimes they dont even let you know it is going to be done. I would not recommend for anyone to live here.
