We moved into our manufactured home back in 1983. After a few years we needed to get it leveled so we did some research and called Superior. Everyone we asked said they were the people to call to get the job done right the first time at a very reasonable price. It is now 2016 and we are still calling them for leveling. This time when they came out Devin found things that needed repair. Considering we moved in here 33 years ago we did think we did pretty well as far as things lasting. We had them not only level the home but also replace the pads the stands rest on. They also came out and repaired and cleaned our broken ducting. I havent seen the aluminum at the bottom of the duct in years. Everyone was very, very polite. Connor explained everything in detail and also took pictures underneath to help explain what they saw. He went over the issues they found and helped us prioritize the repairs. He was not pushy and did not insist or assume that we would have them do the repairs. But of course we did choose them. They proved again that after all these years they are still the people to call for manufactured / mobile home leveling and repairs.

These guys were AWESOME. This was the most painless service we have ever had - the scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, everyone was professional, the work was done quickly and efficiently and everyone was very friendly. I would absolutely hire this team again!

You get what you pay for. My house is now coming apart in the middle and lots of damage. Insurance wont cover in because I had my home fixed. Lady who answered phone... Rude. I am now contacting the ROC and will be filling a complete report with them. This is not a company that stand behind there work. Thank you Superior.

PJ Sanchez was professional, courteous, and not pushy. I had my mobile re-leveled. They supplied pictures of problem areas and a bid for the fixes that could be done to ducting etc. A++.

I have used Superior about 6 times both for myself and my mother. The last time was a few years ago and I had an issue with the roof lifting and cracking. Wes was there and I mentioned my concerns, he said just caulk it which for a small crack fine but the ENTIRE roof thats ridiculous. Then about a year later my neighbor had her roof coated and the guys also coated her shed. I live in a mobile park and I noticed the elastomeric coating was splattered on my house, my plants and the grass. I called and spoke with Wes and he said no way his guys did that as they were not supposed to be doing the neighbors shed, just the house. The next day Wes calls back saying yes his guys did coat the shed but were not supposed to. Regardless they splattered MY property and he did not say sorry, can I send someone to clean it nothing,. Then I called last week Juy 13th or so and scheduled for a re-level on 7/19/18 because I was getting flooring tomorrow. We set the time for 12-2. I also asked to have Wes call to express concerns yet again of what happened previously, he called I refreshed what had happened and he immediately said Ill cancel your appointment! I told him I still wanted my home leveled I just wanted to be aware of the roof issues. He said he would send Terry out who has been there for over 15 years. Today is 7/19/18, I took off work to meet Terry, I waited until 2:30 no show. I called the office and the receptionist said Wes cancelled the appointment because I told him to, so I lost work for no reason. This company has really dropped in customer service and respectability and trust. Poor management with no respect for their clients.

My home is worse now since these guys came to work on it! I regret ever calling this company!!!
