Great service and such a wide range of maps. They can customize pretty much any combination of maps you have. I highly recommend!

When I was a kid, when I wanted to watch sports. Id go to Wide World of Sports TV ahow. Now when I want a Map, I know the one place to go: Wide World Maps and More.I was really impressed with the large size of the store and huge map selection. Theres every kind of Arizona map(any that tells ya where the Gold is?), driving, scientific and historic maps.The Owner is really knowledgeable and helpful. Hes a professional Cartographer and can make custom maps for special orders.I love geography and maps and could have spent over a few hours just pouring over the fascinating maps.All the practical ones are there like Phoenix Thomas guide for drivers as well.Theres also cool globes, geography books and framing services.I rate this the best Map store in Phoenix maybe the whole state.Highly recommended.

We first went to the Indian School Rd location, they didnt have the map that we were looking for, he called the Cave Creek Rd location and they had what we were looking for and more! Both locations guys were very nice and helpful. Paul at the Cave Creek location even tried to find what big spiders were native to the Pine/Payson area from one of the many books they have for sale.

Ive been going there since the 1980,s. They have a complete selection of topographical maps of Arizona not to mention other maps, globes and books. The place is also a curiosity shop. I highly recommend it be checked out if your a. Curious person.

Excellent source for local travel. They have everything! They can break down the state on customized maps with very fine detail. Do not rely on your GPS, grab a map!

Wanted maps for walking around New York, Brooklyn on particular. They didnt have a mapnof Brooklyn in stock, but a very friendly gentleman helped me look through avsilable maps ftom which l was able to buy two that served my needs quite well.

Owner is super friendly and helpful. Im so glad I decided to come here a vs. Ordering online. They have a fantastic selection of every map from around the state and world.The only difficult thing about the location that can be finding it. It is on the south side of the road look for a large sign that says Bills plumbing it is directly across the street from camp bow wow. Parking is directly in front of the store.

Used to go to the old location on Indian School. Stopped in and it was bright and fresh and ended up getting 3 awesome maps. The owner is very helpful, I told him the area I was going to be Prospecting and he made sure I had the maps I needed and even had some color topographic maps of black canyon city. Very cool Ill be going back

Drove an hour to get to this location on Indian school. Everything on their voice mail that no one ever answers or replies to, states they close at 5:30. I finally get to the location at 5:20 and they’re closed.There is a human inside however, he won’t answer the door. Knocked several times He refused to come to the door or even acknowledge me. Very disappointing

I was looking for a street atlas of the phoenix area and found it online. Amazon wanted nearly 33 percent more for the same book I found here. This is a hidden gem that can help with any trip you may be thinking of taking. Knowledgeable staff and a huge sekection

This map star is also connected to some sort of a gun shop. The map store person was gone but the gun store guy helped out and we bought a couple Maps there. It was nice chatting with a gun guy because hes toured all over Arizona.

The associates working here were very knowledgeable, helped me find the map I was looking for and offered to order another map if the one I found wasnt going to work for me. Ive come here for several maps Ill definitely return for all my map needs.
