The best grinder money can buy. I have 3 now that still work great. The no threads design is amazing. Ive used alot of grinders and none can compare to Phoenician. Customer Service is top notch!

I’ve wanted one of these grinders for awhile but they are in high demand and so I ordered two when they became available again.One of the grinders had a defect and after a little back and forth with one of the customer reps I was initially a little put off by the experience.However, after another rep was able to review the situation the company went far beyond my expectations.The grinders really are top notch and it makes it easy to appreciate them when the company cares about it’s customers.Thanks again B

The last grinder you will ever need to purchase (assuming you dont lose it or have it confiscated). Seriously though, I found this company in 2014 and was immediately sold. I have used many different brands and off-brands over the 20+ years I have been in the industry, and not one can come close to the craftsmanship and functionality of the Phoenician. So many great features like a replaceable screen, locking notches instead of threads, and all backed by a lifetime warranty. In the famous words of Fry from Futurama, shut up and take my money.Thanks again for the wonderful products, I look forward to using this same grinder for the rest of my life.

I thought the old owners were bad. the new owners said they would be coming out last october it is now march with no grinders in sight. sounds like a great way to go out of business a second tine.

This is the best grinder I have ever used, grinds very smoothly without issue. Not only does this product scream quality, the customer service is even better. I made a mistake while placing my order and they fixed it without hesitation. Highly recommended product!

These grinders are built for life. The only thing is mine was confiscated and Im trying to buy another but I cant find any everywhere I look and I cant contact phonecian to get an insight ad to when theyll restock

Incredible grinder with great customer service! I managed to get my grinder stuck and called them for help. Colton from customer service (Very nice man) responded quickly and recommended a solution. It didnt work but without hesitation he offered to send me a replacement, free of charge! Shipping out in a day and I couldnt be more satisfied with this company!

Colton set time aside to allow me to come pick up my order on short notice for a gift so I had to say thanks for that! You guys know what youre doing!
