Hands down the worst machine shop I have had the misfortune of doing business with. I have attempted to do business with this place twice and both times have resulted in me having to pay a second shop to fix the mess this place left me with. They do not clean parts correctly, nor do the do any sort of quality control. I had glove fragments wedged between the valve springs keepers and retainers, as well as several keepers that were not even seated properly and would have resulted in a catastrophic failure had the engine been ran without noticing the issue stay far away from this place is you want to have your repair done correctly and in a timely manner.

Had my block for over 2 months. Was told it would be a 4-5 day turn around time. Finally picked up my block after 2 months. In that time, they damaged my block, took .30 off the deck forcing me to order new pistons, their cleaning process is terrible, they lost the bottom girdle plate to my motor. Was told my motor was ready and had to wait 2 more weeks. Terrible place. Do not use!

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. Dishonest, shammers, unprofessional and I could go on. The owner of this company is the worst, he has no customer service skills what so ever, and always find a way to lie and blame the customer. I gave him a chance to make it right, twice and he still failed. He personal has no clue what he is doing, the only thing that saves this company is his shop techs.If you want to loose your money and your engine parts go to him otherwise... buyer beware...Go anywhere else.

Gave them simple instructions on a very particular diesel engine build. Supplied them with a custom set of .020 pistons so they match the bore size. The piston size was even written in instructions. They proceed to bore all 8 to .030. When I ask Tony why, he tells me to just exchange the pistons. When I tell him they are custom pistons, he then tells me I should have told him that....As a large diesel shop in the east valley I am highly dissatisfied in the whole experience. I pride myself in customer service at my Diesel shop, and to me this is just a joke. I will be sure to tell all my customers, vendors (Including Bullet Proof Diesel who referred me), and colleagues about what a terrible machine shop this place is, and what lovely customer service I received by Tony. They wont be getting any more of our business.

Must have new management.

Had head work done and received them back. Valves were rusted closed.One of the valves wont close by itself. Was told by them I had to ask for them to check the valves.
