Met some friends here one evening and had a blast. It’s a great place with a huge bourbon and whiskey selection. Can get just about any drink you want made or poured neat. Also offered samples before just trying as some are a bit pricey as all places are. Bradford was an exceptional bar tender and helped us learn and try new items all night. It’s not going to be a cheap night but if you want to get away and enjoy yourself with friends, would recommend checking this place out.

The Grey Hen was amazing. The atmosphere was great, the bartenders were fantastic. The cocktails were amazing. Definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back.

Bradford was incredibly kind and Informative. We had no idea what a lot of it was but he seemed like he cared a lot and was on top of giving us a good idea of what we where getting. Honestly that man made the experience a lot more enjoyable otherwise we wouldve been stuck. Love everything else as well. Drinks where incredible the vibe was amazing

Long overdue review. Ive been here 7-8 times at least. So obviously I love it. Imo the best cocktails of the 3 concepts and most underrated inside Century Grand. Chill vibe with subtle lighting and great conversation with the bartenders (opportunities are greater than at the other two concepts). You cant go by wrong with any of the bars inside Century Grand but this one feels like it has the most ideated atmosphere for conversation.

The best of all worlds if you love whiskey. An old-timey saloon with intimate 1920s prohibition-era decor; a fantastic selection of well-known and rare whiskey and bourbons to taste, discuss and purchase; and legendary Whiskey Man John Christie to make you a classic cocktail. Pure heaven.

Such a memorable experience - was one of the top highlights of me and my husbands trip. The atmosphere was intimate and romantic. Bradford was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The cocktails themselves were like drinking art. Would consider returning to the area just for this experience alone!

The Grey Hen Rx is great from the moment you step in. They pay attention to every little detail from the time you book to when you leave. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar where Savannah made 5 incredible drinks! Everything was wonderful and we will be back!

I recently got back from a trip where we visited all three Century Grand Bars and all three were outstanding. We visited Grey Hen on a Sunday night when it was not very crowded and it ended up working out excellently for us. While we greatly enjoyed our visits to Platform 18 and UnderTow, being at a bar that was less crowded gave us an opportunity to really talk with the bartenders about the cocktails and hear their recommendations. The same as any other Century Grand Bar, the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the cocktail list and it made the whole experience that much better. The whole space is great, it reminds me of Epcot in how much dedication they put toward building up an ambiance and making you feel like you are someplace else.

They made me a Ramos gin fizz at request. If that isnt enough for five stars theres nothing on this earth that will satisfy you.

Great collection of bourbon, whiskeys etc... Knowledgeable staff on all aspects of whiskey tasting, fermentation etc.. Great tasting room.

It was really a great time! I feel so bad making it lower stars because the cocktails were great and we were there for a long time which was so fun but towards the end of our reservation the bartender Savannah made the wrong cocktail for one of us and when we let her know she pretty much said “well I need your spot for the next party in 10 minutes” saying she wouldn’t help pretty much end of story... I totally understand the 1 hour and 30 minute limit but I wish there was at least a little bit of understanding or kindness (cause no matter what the cocktail was good) even when there’s a short time left. Otherwise it’s a great place.

One of the best bars in The States. Skilled bartenders and balanced, complex drinks; the decor is just like an antique New Orleans apothecary. Every cocktail was equal caliber: excellent!

I may go as far as saying the grey hen has some of the best cocktails in the valley.

Andrew with Grey Hen was amazing, Brian with the Platform 18 was also great. Andrew taught us a bunch and Brian took great care of us, making sure we were completely satisfied. We had a great experience. Thanks for everything.

WOW! The prices are Outrageous to be ordering blindly! To walk in with no known history of the place- more specifically the cocktails- paying a minimum of $17/ per drink is a longshot! I am familier with the concept but there should be some kind of sampler menu

Great drinks, incredible vibe, excellent service and conversation. Definitely worth a stop in. Whiskey lovers rejoice, but incredible mixtails for everyone.

Was a cool experience but overpriced at $25 per person plus gratuity non refundable even if you dont spend that amount on drinks.wish that was more clear.i dont know if ill recommend this place only based on pricing

1st opportunity to visit Grey Hen and absolutely loved it!! In 2020 it was turned in New Orleans themed Apothecary to recognize the 100 yr Anniversary of Prohibition, when only *Medicinal Spirits* were legal - it was a unique experience we will definitely be back to enjoy!

Excellent drinks and fantastic service. I would turn down the forest sounds a little bit however.

Hands down the most fun you can have around whiskey. Welcoming, knowledgeable staff and an amazing collection. The bottle prices were competitive especially when you factor in how hard to find many of their selections are and the ability to try before you buy!
