I ordered from this store on Drizly. The pricing is okay, but the service was horrible. The store marked the order as en route, then called to let me know one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I then received a notice from Drizly that my order was delivered, which it was not. I called the store three times before I got an answer. The person at the store called their driver and they assured me the driver accidentally marked the order as delivered and would be here in 8 minutes. 20 minutes later I again called the store and was hung up on when they attempted to contact the driver with no phone call back. Again called two more times with no answer. Tried from a different number and they picked right up. My order of now warm beer was delivered about 45 minutes AFTER marked as delivered through Drizly. Horrible customer experience and very disappointed in the service.

I contacted this place via email and got no response. I then called them and confirmed they had a bottle of YAMAZAKI 12 YEARS. As seen on their website, it was $199.99, equaling $217.19 with tax. Upon arrival and reconfirming if they had that bottle, the older gentleman went to look for it. There it was; as I’m getting out my credit card to pay for it, I asked for the price and he told me $399.99 ($400)! The EXACT same bottle that shows online IN THEIR WEBSITE, at a significantly lower price. Beyond disappointed. I will not buy where they take advantage of people. I ended up ordering elsewhere for $190 (including tax AND a bottle of vodka). Robbery.

Ordered delivery, charged for it and never recieved it. They claim it was delivered but it wasnt... It finally delivered over an hour later (after he went and bought his own... It was a gift delivery🤦... And after I left the original review prior to this now edited one😁) still disappointed but at least not ripped off. I recommend they answer the phone more often and dont mark delivered if its not delivered yet. 😜

Amazing! They were super conscious of the days we are in and had gloves on and everything packed away. I ordered alcohol through Drizly but I am happy to find them. I will go to them directly from now on.

Terribly disappointed...I placed a delivery order and in the directions requested Please Do Not Ring Doorbell (I also have a signed taped over the doorbell). After placing the my order I followed up with a call requesting the driver not ring the doorbell. Fast forward to 11:15 and the delivery driver rings the stinking doorbell waking my little one and now he’s in hysterics 🙄. Just disappointed in the lack of communication
