Love this Food City. They have affordable prices and they also have a bakery, meat, and food area. The food they cook in the kitchen is really delicious and affordable!

My rating is from multiple experiences. Today i was actually pleased with it. Seemed clean and checkout did not take long. Its a nice and convenient grocery store for me. Sometimes it can be to cluttered, feel a little dirty and have long lines. Today I will give it 3 stars and see in the future whether or not to increase it or decrease it.

This food city has very good beef! And Excellent vegetables!. Its all nice and big!.

Went food City with a gentleman in a wheelchair when it came time for the two of us to take our groceries home and take the shuttle van that they offer they refused because of the wheelchair. Called and spoke with a manager who said that she would get back with me and never did. Just used me to death and brushed the it to the side.

It was good we needed watermelons and that was the only place we could find any but we always get all our fruits and veggies there

I like to purchase fruit and vegetables at Food City. They gave good deals on meats. Food City brand chorizo is very tasty. If I buy Mexican pastries I prefer to buy them here.

I think they need to hire people that care about customers.i always loved shopping at food city.i bought a large watermelon and it was in bottom of my cart.im 66 and have bad back.so i asked the young man getting carts. Could u help me with getting watermelon and put in back of van.he said no its not his job..i asked other young man what the other guys name was he said Marty.i did call store.he was just rude how he said no its not my job.even if not his job.lack of manners.but do LOVE food city

Great store with delicious Cocina food. The food citys of laveen offer shuttle rides home if 25 or more is spent. Ive been utilizing the shuttle service for a few years now and the drivers have always been kind and courteous.

Love the items I am able to find and the things I cant get at other stores.

Been shopping there for years, never had a problem, great food in their kitchen too, and dine in is available again.

The most clean store in Phoenix az. But for the last 10 monts theyre keeping move merchandise every week, some of the employees dont know where the staff is.

Terrible service at the food section. Carnicería Mexico on 19th and Roeser and even Ranch Market have food also at a much better service.

I love this FOOD CITY The guy with the long cruly hair is always so nice and the place is always very clean, there is MPoWER, Lottery Machine, great hot food and in the morning you can gran yourself a nice hot ☕ or chocolate 🍫..... The guy is always outside roasting and it smells so good!!!!

First time there and it was very clean and organized their theyre fresh meat counter or something whatever wifey said was absolutely delicious no it looked very nice. And Rosie was a very nice and happy.

Everyone knows you hit up Frys you hit up Safeway you hit up Bashas you hit up Albertsons you find a few deals then you go to Food City OMG the produce is dirt cheap and fresh I even got bean sprouts to make Chinese food tomorrow fresh with a bunch of fresh veggies and goodies thanks Pete City you guys know how to rock it and sell it LOL and by the way the chicken and the chuck roast the beef product and the pork chops are all on sale today way to go Food City thats what Im talking about

So we tried the food here at the deli I believe. They had a variety of Mexican food to choose from. Got the red 🌯 it was bomb. The five rolled tacos werent bad either. Good price for a good meal. Hit it up. Customer service was awesome. They called our number loud. So we knew are food was ready from across the store.

For one it a clean good store. They have a shuddle bus, Brand New Van that brings you home.

The staff is super friendly. The lady at the bakery was so sweet she pimped up a cake i got from the shelf and personalized it for me.

Veggies and the meat dept always are fully stocked

I love this store; the people are friendly and the music is happy. The produce is always reasonably priced and of decent quality. My credit card chip was malfunctioning and the clerks were so helpful. I was embarrassed not to be able to pay, but they allowed me to go to a different cash register and call my bank. When I had to cancel the transaction, they were kind and understanding.

This food City was just ok. Our cashier Elbira needs to work on her customer service. She never said hello, or had interaction with us. She was too busy talking to another cashier (young girl with glasses and ponytail) about their breaks ect. The store was clean and stocked tho.

Few weeks ago I spent $20+ on some chocolate strawberries,that same day I ate them and the berries were bitter

I always go to this store some of the employees are awesome but today I went to the bakery and this lady was so dismissive and left me talking to my self twice she seemed to be in a hurry leave I wished she had a name tag or something to put her on this review. I was looking for a fresh fruit white cake well she kept looking and said she couldnt find one and then proceeded to tell me with a slight attitude why didnt you order one ahead of time. Well I ended up finding one on my own on the open display of cakes without her help. The only thing was when we cut into it it was a chocolate cake not white like the label said. The cake was good but my dad cant eat chocolate and my husband who the cake was for doesnt like chocolate thats why Im writing this review.

Grt place to buy vegetables. Chicken varieties are grt.Pretty good prices.ready made food is expensive. They have quite a selection of seafood but lot of it is farm raised. Farm raised seafood is toxic.Can not beat farm fresh vegetables.

First time ever visiting this particular store or chain. I have to say I was impressed with their produce the butcher, the bakery and the helpful staff. I will be a repeat shopper.

Be sure to choose when to visit wisely. It can be packed at times!

Cashier at self check seemed like she didnt want to be there. Asked her for help and she rolled her eyes at me. Not very friendly if you ask me. Leave the eye rolling for teenagers not full grown adults.

I really like food City. Especially the customer service that employee 👼 Angel provides. He goes over and beyond the scope of his employment. Several cashiers and management provide good service and are very helpful. The lady thats the shortest of all that works the self cashier is always helpful.

Plenty of produce and a huge cooler of meat. Ill be going to this one instead of the one on Central juat because this one has a self-service checkout.

Love there sales in produce they put together a large bag of different veggies an some fruits for 99 cents the produce may be ready to wilt give or take a week or 2 its worth the 4 quarters. Then there homeade warm tortillas an corn tortillas are so delicious. Some times they have samples with some butter oh my lanta just about sinful to eat those warm torts. You can always count on Food city to have tamale masa ready for your tamale casserole or tamales. Oh dont let me forget the pandulce its always fresh an soft ready to eat with a warm cupid coffee ☕. I could go on about there lengua is a nice red chili dinner if made with food city a frozen Bacas red chili is the bomb so deelious. Also Bacas green chili its a bit spicy if you like some heat
