Don t know how they got all those five star reviews. Prices and selection are pretty good but not customer service. We ordered and payed for three fans and an hanging lamp in April. After waiting six weeks for the scheduled install (which they changed a couple times) the installers arrived with three fans and no light. One of the fans was the wrong color. The installers said that someone pulled the wrong one and someone would contact us but they didnt. After we called them they had no idea about the mix up and told us we had to wait another five weeks for the install. Now they say they only have the lamp fixture and it will be another five weeks to get the fan. No apologies or explanation were offered offered.One can only guess what happened to the fan that was in the warehouse when we got the wrong color. I assume that our order wasnt large enough to warrant some common courtesy

I give North Valley fans and blinds 10 stars...I ordered shutters for my entire home and the quality and service is great, the owner Steve came out to measure himself so I got a chance to meet him, David worked with me to get an installation day that would work for me, the staff is very professional and warm-I walked into the showroom yesterday and ordered a fan that they happened to have in stock and wanted it installed before the weekend and David got it done within 24 hours, they are remarkable!

Great experience! We purchased 3 fans to replace existing. While there was a delay in them coming in (thanks covid) Steve kept in contact with us throughout keeping us updated. Install was smooth and the fans make such a difference in the air flow and light in our rooms. So pleased with our purchase- would happily recommend them to anyone.

We visited this show room because of a post card in the mail and we needed new fans. We were greeted by Rick and Steve. We explained what we were looking for and immediately received excellent design assistance. My husband loves automation and we went with Modern Forms fans. We ended up buying fans and lights for the entire house. Install was great and follow-up customer service as well! Fan automation was very easy to setup. Thank you North Valley Fans and Blinds team!

I can’t recommend Steve and his company enough. He was patient while I asked him a million questions in his showroom. He has incredible knowledge about his products. We are so happy with our gorgeous outdoor fans. Installation was included and his installer was terrific! I’ll keep referring anyone that needs fans or blinds!

My wife and I were impressed with the large showroom. So many choices. Steve was knowledgeable and courteous and there was no sales pressure. We purchased two ceiling light/fan units. Installation was scheduled for the next business day. Remarkable. The price of the fans seemed fair and included installation which was a pleasant surprise. James, the installer, showed up on time and was courteous, fast, and efficient and took pains to protect our furniture and carpet. Bottom line: the shopping, purchase, and installation experience exceeded our expectations.

Joe went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue that we were having with two of our fans. He got the replacement parts and came and installed them. Fixing our fans for a portion of the price that it would have cost to replace them. Just in time for the heat of the summer to hit.Amazing service, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
