Travis was awesome! I brought in a small lamp that fits in my trailer and he was able to fix it for me while I waited. Super friendly, super quick! Definitely recommend!

Very appropriate name for this company. Bryan is a ceiling fan expert and quickly diagnosed the cause of the noise in my ceiling fan. I wasted my time talking to Home Depot and glad I called the Fan Doctor before following Home Depots recommendation to buy a new fan. Thank you again Bryan!

Our living room fan and light fixture stopped working. We werent sure if we needed to replace it or if it could be fixed. Mike was sent out to look into what the problem was. He was on time and found the reason why it was not working. The previous owner of our home had put in a Universal Ceiling Fan Remote Control so that we could turn it on or off from the wall remotely. The fan we have did not have a space for the motor on the remote so whoever put it in scrunched the motor into the fan and possibly 3 years later a wire touched a bolt or something metal and stopped working. Mike removed it and the fan/light fixture now works with the chains. We were pleased Mike found the problem and we did not have to purchase a new fan. Mike was able to find the problem quickly and the charge was very reasonable. We are a fan of the Fan Doctor Electric and will use them again.

This place saved me from spending $600 they had a spare part i needed that i broke on a job thank god i found this place.P.s.They have a bunch of spare parts for fans.

My living room ceiling fan recently called it quits so it needed to be replaced. I stopped by the shop and talked to Brian & Travis about getting a new fan. Showed me one I really liked and ordered it. One of their techs were even able to come out to my house and install the fan. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about every step of the way. Awesome little fan and lighting shop, they mostly had a unique assortment of fans but they do repairs and service here. This being i said, they helped me do a quick troubleshoot of my fan, didnt charge me and even offered more suggestions. Not many other businesses have this kind of customer service and support please stop by if you need anything fan related they will definetly take care of you!

I just had Dave from the Fan Doctor out to help me with two exterior fans. Based on earlier work with a qualified electrician, it had been suggested by him that I needed to either replace the fans (an expensive prospect) or maybe, the Fan Doctor could help me. Dave was terrific, got the necessary parts replaced, cleaned out a bunch of old wasp nests that were affecting performance and now, for a fraction of what I would have spent on new fans, my fans are working perfectly. Dave (and The Fan Doctor) is now my go to place for anything having to do with fans. Thanks Dave.

I needed A Marocain fan speed weThey had a whole new cover plate and mounting plate and a universal speed control ... Now installed and fully functional... Blown away !!! Well Under $100.00 !!! Parts and pieces they got it !! Love the display ceiling!!!! You guys rock! Thanks for being open !!!!!!

Great experience! Bryan knew what size fans we needed for the different rooms based on measurements we brought him. He helped us with wall controls vs. remotes and does install and balancing when we need it done

Fan Doctors Installed Minka Aire 96 Fan and Chandlier at 25 Ft Ceilings. Outstanding Service and workmanship.

Outfitted a new house with 6 fans. Got great help on selection and add-ons. We used our own installer. We had one Emerson fan start to make a clicking sound. I sent a video to get advice on what to do. I received an immediate response. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions remedied the clicking. I went back to the store and I paid to have a service call since Fan Doctor did not do the installation. It was found the fan had a manufacturing defect and Fan Doctor did the rest to get a replacement ordered and installed.

Bryan, Travis, Kevin and the other gentleman (sorry, forgot his name but hes from upstate New York) were all amazing. They listen, ask great questions and keep you informed every step of the way. Though the actual showroom is small, they have dozens of design books to choose from. If you cant find something with them, then you probably arent looking hard enough! 5*****

Bryan is a gem. Im in NYC and found FanDoctor online while trying to figure out why my new Hunter original fan was leaking oil. I called and explained that I was thousands of miles away but needed advice. Rather than giving me the ridiculous explanations that locals here in NY have offered up, or simply saying Im sorry, find someone closer to home, he spent time explaining the anatomy of the fan, telling me where to go for the necessary parts, sending me the official Hunter diagrams. This is the kind of service and excellence and kindness you find once in a lifetime. You in Phoenix are so lucky to have him.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Amazing what a good fan can do to cool down a room in Phoenix. After some excellent advice, we were able to replace our old ceiling fan and a ridiculously loud floor fan with a single nearly silent beautiful ceiling fan.

They were actually able to repair a fan we really loved and it runs like a charm nowThey didnt charge a lot for the repair.We liked them so much even though their far away from us we returned there to purchase another fan from them! We purchased a new fan for 500.00. Unfortunately its motor would not work. Fan Doc had us change out the motor controller first. That did not resolve the issue. We were instructed to bring the motor into the store on the 3rd visit. The fan is now working well after installing the replacement motor. Sigh.

Had an issue with a broken obsolete fan remote. Bryan was extremely helpful. Took a great deal of trouble to find an old replacement and tune it up. Much effort and time for a modest monetary reward. Very impressed and appreciative.

Staff was patient and helpful. The quality of ceiling fans and lights is excellent and offers better warranties than Home depot or Lowes. Fans are cheap, but they are a good value.

I was recommend to these guys to do a fan install and some electrical work. Hands down awesome service. From purchase to install, could not ask for anything better.
