I called and asked about a service and the man said that they didnt perform that service anymore. He gave me 2 other numbers to call.

Was not to excited to help us, told us his business hasn’t been booming lately, and that’s my fault? No real personable!

Took my mower In for a tune-up and oil change plus carb. Rebuilt

My McLane mower needed to be adjusted and the blades needed to be sharpened. Bell Mower did a great job. Very satisfied with both quality and price.

Brought my lawn mower in for a tune up and was told the cost would be $45. When I was notified I could pick it up (9 days later), the price was $66. I was told it needed some parts. The bill showed the parts were only around $5 but the cost of the tune up was increased to $55 plus parts. When I questioned the owner, he treated me in a very derogatory manner, was totally unprofessional and then was a jerk about me taking the mower that day and said I would have to come back the next business day because he was now closed (Sat at 1:00). When I came back on Monday, he raised the price to $75 and said he would only accept cash.People - this isnt a reputable business. The owner has a temper problem, they hold your merchandise captive to prices they didnt initially quote. Dont do business with this organization. They are cheats and will steal from you.

This place is the worst we have ever delt with. Do not do business with them. We brought our lawn mower in for minor repairs and was told at the most it would be $45.00 to fix. Days went by and no call, so we decided to call them and was told the cost was over $100.00 and they wouldnt know the final cost until they put the new blade on. Well we told them not too and the owner got very belligerent. Short of the story, we called the police and the owner closed up shop and left. Real cocky/racist. People like this have a nerve to run for congress.Quelland. Not a fit to lead.

Called to ask if they do repair person was rude on phone also asked if my mower could be picked up as i dont own a truck and the person was like nope too many people taking advantage of that service then why advertise it.

Well the guy who asked me What do I want? I responded Im looking for a part of the mower the pull start mechanization. . He said we dont sell parts here, its a order as needed type of place. He was short, rude and offered no help buy referral he does rent chairs so stick to that and all will be good.
