Brought my lawnmower in and had a tune up..blades sharpened, oil change, they put a new part in it...total cost 150.00 when they told me 50 to 100. Still doesnt run good...if I have to shut it off it wont start again for at least a day!! Dont waste your time or money here!

Knowledgeable, years of experience, not in it to sell you stuff, just be helpful. Great parts inventory and service, if they don’t have a part they will order it and have it within a week, no extra fees. I tried getting the same little part from A-Z, took 30 minutes and then they wanted to charge me a special order shipping fee of $5 for a $0.60 part. Lawn King got it and charged me only for the cost of the part. They’re just good people.

Took in gas hedge trimmer for repair. They did quality repair for a very fair price. I was very happy with the work and turn around time. While I was there I also noticed a very good supply of new quality lawn tools such as Stihl and Echo at good prices. Next time I need to purchase a tool this is where I will go.

Excellent company! Been around in Phoenix when I was 17 years old and Im 56 now. The only company that I go to for parts and repairs. I purchased their equipment and they were good about it. I trust this company than any other companies in the valley. Their prices are standard. Dont even bother to look for lower price, because I have been in the business for more than 35 years. Their price and service are very reasonable, but excellent service.

They carry all of are chainsaw parts. They havent fail yet!

Helped me out this Saturday morning with a chain saw (Echo) problem. They had the replacement parts in stock. Disassembled the cowling, installed the replacement parts....voila!AZ Lawn King is GREAT. I have only a few small engine items but this is the place I know I can get excellent, honest service.I will tell my friends and neighbors.

Great service. The wait for a tune up because of monsoon/busy season was too long (a couple days). They talked me through how to re-build the carburetor. I bought the parts there and I was able to do it on my own! So I saved some moneyyyyThis is an honest, family owned business. I can not recommend it enough.

Its a mower shop that seems put together nicely. Have not had service done but have made several purchases here and they have always had exactly what I needed. Location not the best to get in and out of with a trailer but if thats the worst I am ok with that

I have been doing business with AZ Lawn King for years. I have all of my gas powered equipment serviced by them. Today I purchased a Stihl chain saw. They did not try to up sell me to a model I did not need. Although, I had the opportunity to purchase this product at another location, I chose to drive across town because of their knowledge and my trust in them. Scott and the the staff are extreamly knowledgable and honest. Highly recommended for all your lawn care needs.

There is no customer service here I was on my way to Arizona Lawn when I hit traffic, called them and said I was 10 minutes away probably 5 and it was 4:55 pm it they think there working to hard not to assist a customer 5 minutes after 5 they are wrong the owner needs to step it up and organize his team. Ive been going here for twice now and the time of voice when I spoke to the employee aka buddy which was disappointing Ill fix my own machines I dont have the time but with people at Arionza Lawn Queen Ill make time and save me some money for lawyers if the machines dont work properly.

I live in Glendale but I used to work over on that side of town. For years I would drop off my McClane on my way into work, for service and sharpening, and pick it up on my way home when it was done. It was convenient and they were consistently good and their prices were fair. I have since retired, but I feel comfortable going there still even though it is no longer convenient. They have always been very professional, competent, and fair. Sorry to hear of those who have had bad experiences. Mine have always been positive.

Yeah the staff is friendly and one of the mechanics needs a raise and took my chain off because it stretched in the heat and put it on for two bucks where you going to get that Ill tell you where nowhere baby.

I never came back to this place horrible customer service. Very expensive tools and warranty. That they offer is very limit I am very disappointed

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE TO BE REPAIRED. THEY ARE THIEVES. I took my Honda push lawnmower there because it would not start. They ended up putting a new carburetor on it and said it was fixed. I took it home it sat in the garage. I did not use it because I just moved and planted grass. I took it out of the garage to use a month later only to find out it would not start. I took it back called a few days later and they said water was in the gas but, it was fine now to come get it. I travel alot so, I had hired a landscaper to do my yard. I left the mower there for a couple of months they called, I said I would get it picked up. My son went to pick it up last week only to be told it was thrown away because it had a bad crankshaft that we must have hit a rock or something with it. So, since we took so long to get it they threw the mower away.

Thanks for jacking my mower. I ask you to fix my clutch on my mower and when I arrived all was done was fresh oil. Why would I want a mower without the self propelled. They kept the mower for the $70 SEVICE FEE.

Good customer service and helped me with what I needed

I went for a part as I was fixing my lawnmower myself. I brought the broken part in, and they got me a new one. Price seemed reasonable to me. I was just glad they had the part in stock! I was in and out in 5 minutes.The place seemed clean, and the staff was friendly, though I came in first thing after a three day weekend.

Scammers!!! Do not let AZ lawn king service your equipment. I have owned my mower for 4 yrs and performed my own routine maintenance (oil changes and filter replacement). NOT ONCE did I have an issue untill I brought the mower in for a blade sharpening and oil change package to save me some time. When I picked the mower up I noticed oil on top of the deck and thought it was just residual from the oil draining and brought it home. After about 10 min of mowing I noticed more oil on the deck and immediately stopped mowing knowing something was wrong. I brought it back to AZ lawn king and they told me the sump gasket had gone bad. Ok fine, its a few yrs old and had them replace it.. Get it home again and now the mower wont start and kicks back when trying to pull start it. I call again frustrated and speak to an employee and all he says is bring it back in and well look at it. How is it that you let the mower leave your shop with ANOTHER issue that is somehow unrelated? Now I am into the initial oil change and sharpening for over 200 with repairs and more to come from a mower that never had an issue till AZ lawn king touched it. Funny how they offered to sell me a new mower when the sump gasket went out.. We will see if the company has anything to say about it, but Im guessing I will just be another victim of AZ lawn kings strategy for repeat repair business.

My experiences with AZ Lawn King have been limited but completely positive. Purchased a Stihl electric string trimmer there intended for homeowner use, which eventually - after having lent it to a professional landscaper friend for some way-beyond- intended-use and well beyond the warranty period - would not start. I assumed given the under $150 price and the heavy-duty use it had endured that it had simply burnt out and would not be worth repairing. I was ready to purchase another of same, but counter man said hed not seen any of those burn out and he felt sure it could be repaired. It wasnt instant but was ready in a reasonable time and in less time than initially promised. Cleaned up and some loose wiring reconnected - and working like a charm for $20. They could have sold me a new one with ease - or charged far more for repair and I would not have been the wiser. Otherwise: shop is clean. Theyre authorized dealer and (I think) service center for Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo Honda lawn & landscape equipment including riding and push mowers, gas & electric chain saws, string trimmers, blowers & vacs, etc., and have large mower repair garage in outbuilding. Really bad service took in a weed eater to get fixed on August 7th said it be ready in 10 days because they had to order a piece for it, it’s been 3 weeks already and I called back to see if it was ready and apparently they forgot to order the piece so I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for nothing.
