We were renovating our front landscape and doing a property border, privacy wall and front to back patio with close to 1300 sq ft of pavers. I got quotes from about 6 different suppliers and visited 3 in person; The Paver Store was, hands down, the best all the way around. They have the lowest pricing on material and in no way did that contribute to a lack in customer service! I had a rather poor experience with the staff at another supplier where they were not the least bit helpful or willing to assist me with questions or looking at samples. I went to The Paver Store and received a level of service that was above and beyond right from the start.I was towing my 5 month old baby with me and was quickly greeted by Robert while he was helping another customer. He directed me to some samples I could view while waiting. Once he was available he, literally, walked me through every display they had for pavers and showed me additional product on pallets. I was a bit indecisive and he made sure to discuss every detail of each paver ensuring I got the best quality product for our project! During this time, a couple other customers came in, which he greeted and told he would be with them shortly. At no point was his attention to my needs rushed to make a decision.I ended up selecting the Belgard Bella 3pc Blend. These were advised as one of the highest quality and the least option to fade over time. This was a huge concern because there were pavers I saw on their website that looked nothing like the photos due to fading to one neutral color over time, i.e. Phoenix Paver Native Blend, which is apparently a best seller. I certainly didnt want to spend money on a product that would lose its appeal over time, which is why I chose Belgard! They were priced at $1.85 per sq ft, about $.40 higher than the aforementioned Phoenix Paver, but still the lowest price by $.10 from other competitors. During our renovations a neighbor down the street stopped by to check out what we were doing and allowed me to come look at his back patio to see his artificial turf. When I got there I noticed he too had the Bella Blend pavers which were nearly 5 years old and looked as fresh as day 1. Needless to say, I was very happy with my selection!We had several set backs throughout our project, delay due to rain, over and under order of material, last minute needs for delivery instead of pick up, and Robert was available day and night to help with it all. His level of service far surpassed above and beyond on these matters! I can be a handful when it comes to large projects and Robert was more than accommodating with all my needs!We will be extending our pavers on the back patio in the near future and transitioning from rock to artificial turf in our front and back landscape and there is no question that I will be going back to The Paver Store to have Robert help with all our necessary materials. This guys is the best in the business and I highly recommend him and The Paver Store! Keep up the great work and thanks so much for all of your help! Our finshed product was beyond our expectations and we absolutely LOVE our new patio!!!

I have been buying my materials from him for years for my many honey-do projects. There are some complaints about him in the reviews but I can tell you that he is not a salesman, meaning that he does not sugar coat things and tells you the truth. He is very upfront and honest. When we talked many years ago, he told me he started this after retiring from the industry and getting bored of sitting at home with nothing to do. I am personally glad he came out of retirement and that I found his store. Please dont ever close up ... at least not until my wife is done with all the projects around the house and yard.

Talked to Phil a couple of times to get some rough estimates while shopping around material prices.Once we figured the brand of pavers and exact material I needed. I went down to the paver store and had Phil get me a price sheet of what I needed.I went home, talked to the wife and called Phil and got it all ordered. I had it all the following week. This place has horrible customer service. Maybe its good place for small jobs, but for big jobs they not ready. They have to hire a third party for delivery so they have no control of their delivery schedule. Instead if you are a serious business. Go to horizon or one the big companies!!

The guy at the store was extremely rude and arrogant. Sorry I do not usually review but he made us feel as if we came there for free stuff. Also their material prices are comparable with home depot.

I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and I was told to never arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to closing. The guy didn’t bother to help and was rude.

Phil was friendly, helpful, patient and straightforward.Pavers are laid out so you can see how they would look on your driveway/path/pool area.
