I have used Qspray on a number of occasion, but most recently I dealt with George (one of their tech support staff). I am building a spray rig and needed guidance. George was dedicated on helping me right from the get go. He gave me his personal cell number so we could exchange photos of my rig and what he had. Good Customer service is hard to come by these days, as anyone in business for themselves can attest. In addition, the B&G cradles they sold me are a MUST HAVE if you like keeping your expensive sprayers secure. Ill definitely be a repeat customer..

I am a buyer for an electronics repair company and I needed a very bright infrared LED light and found a good quality one at Q-Spray at a great price.Not only that, but I had questions about the product and the owner was very responsive and knowledgeable, and thus very helpful to me. This is all the business I am ever likely to do with this company, sadly, but I do enjoy reading their newsletter because it is well-informed and many points are applicable to any job. Plus, besides informative it is interesting and sometimes amusing.I wish this company continued success because its obvious they work to earn their business.

This business is unprofessional! I had ordered a flashlight from y’all and a week later got it In with the flashlight box already opened. The charging system has been messed up since I got it and the charging port won’t even let it charge. Two days after I got it then it stopped working overall and ever since then I’ve been calling and they always tell me that they will call me back but never do. I will not be dealing with this business anymore!

My boyfriend recently ordered a Kodiak 6000 lumens, and in came in as a Litez All flashlight, that quit after just two days of having it. After calling customer service and reaching out many times (about 5 or so) and talking to the customer service office about the mishap it always ended with false promises that they will call him back. They never called back, ever. I never leave reviews but I have never witnessed a business that doesn’t care about clearing up a merchandise mistake or mishap. $85 of his down the drain. He’s incredibly disappointed.

I came in to have my sprayers and pumps serviced back in March sometime. I spoke with Amanda at the shop, she recommended the best approach to handle my needs. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and was able to answer my questions.We walked out to my truck, where I was met the 3 gentlemen in the shop section of the building if I remember right there names where John, Bernie, and a younger fellow Mason. All 3 where very respectful, and displayed a high level of professionalism. The younger guy, really seemed to take his job at heart, wasnt affraid to ask questions, and even helped provide a solution with an interior control system.Ive not since had a single issue with my sprayers, and I am sure its getting close to have maintenance done again on my pump.To all the staff at Q Spray. Order confirmed Feb 8, still have not received it a month later. Inquired twice for a tracking number, took over two weeks for them to respond with one. My order didnt even ship until March 4. Its like they forgot right after the money cleared. Now its sitting in transit in my home city for two days now. Will not use again or recommend Qspray. False advertising on delivery time.

Great place for spray equipment

Not bad quality the job looked fine with the sprayer they installed and made but they used cheap plastic parts instead of brass. A few extra dollars would have saved me about 2 hours having to replace the part with brass since it broke on a job.Plastic busts over time. Brass won’t and doesn’t rust.Update: I will call in tomorrow. The only issue I have with the work that was done when building our rig was you used plastic. If you can replace the plastic with brass that would be how to correct the work you did. Like I said the rig was built great beside the plastic parts.

I have ordered several Birchmeier and B&G sprayers from Andrew and his staff as well as 1/2 a dozen bee suits. Prices are fair on the equipment, very good for the suits. Customer Service is excellent, I can e-mail the owner (Andrew) directly if needed. My only complaint is that their prices for shipping are too high. Having said that I understand that shipping costs are much higher for smaller businesses as my father has to ship items at his business and he shows me their rates.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didnt believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.

I have been ordering my spray rig equipment and B&G Gs from Andrew since early 2016. His spray rigs are of great quality and he charges a fair price for his work. Andrew also has a qualified staff that is available to answer questions that arise even years after installation of the product. We continue to order equipment from Quality Equipment and Spray every year as we grow because of the fine job that they do.

Have been extremely happy with the telescoping ladder and service provided by Quality Equipment. This is my 6th ladder of this type (the others wore out) and it is the only one I will every own again. I have preformed over 10,000 home inspections using telescoping ladders and this is the only time I felt really comfortable using this type of ladder on all surfaces.

I recently encountered an issue with an electric back pack sprayer just shy of its warranty. I thought for sure that the company would honor the warranty having expired just 8 days before the pump decided not to pump. But they didn’t until you made the call yourself and not only that but you decided to reduce the labor charge. I really appreciate your working with me and my company over this issue, which you didn’t have to do.I spent a lot of money on this unit and don’t use it that often; it’s my personal back pack sprayer and was surprised when it stopped working. But you saved the day and my blood pressure from climbing ever higher. Customer service at its highest, thank you!

We have bought a few times from QSpray. All transactions have went well and we have been happy with all of our transactions.We feel that should be a given with any company you buy anything from. You buy something you get the product and you move on. We have many vendors we buy from and get all the same results as above. That is wonderful but thats not what makes QSpray special.The difference with QSpray is their customer service. I have never bought from a vendor or distributor with better customer service. We typically buy online but the few times we have had to call in the service is exceptional. After every order we have received something in the mail thanking us for our purchase. I just received a box from QSpray with a Thank You gift in it. (Not sure what we bought to deserve this but it is greatly appreciated) Their attention to detail is amazing. They have made us customers for life.

In May I ordered the wrong part for a tank and went through the procedure to return it and get a credit or money back. I have called and talked to someone twice and left messages twice to no avail. Have not received money back for the part and am out the return shipping costs. This happened once before last year but was for a small amount this time its over a hundred.
