One of their vans tried to run me off of the 101. If their service is as bad as their operatives driving then avoid.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! We called customer service yesterday to schedule an appointment to have our dishwasher serviced. The customer service rep made it sound like it would take weeks to get someone out because of our hours. We said we had no problem coming in before opening (3pm) and asked for a notice when a tech would be available since we live an hour away. We got an email at 7:50am the next morning and a phone call that he was there at 9am. We rush to get someone there and the tech had to call and ask what he was supposed to fix. Communication with this company is horrible!!!
This company fixed my handle that broke on my 50 quart mixer. We agreed to have the guard installed since they wont work on anything if uts been altered.. they are incredibly expensive and my handle and pulley is so hard to rotate up and down now. Its so unpleasant. I feel like they expect high pay for mediocre work and not excellent service. I feel like they could have worked alittle harder and making sure it was working in full best capacity.. for paying well over 2,000 dollars I feel my handle should be working alot better.. disappointed.
Oh my god!!! Do not buy equipment from this company!!!! They are an absoult nightmare to deal with.
Poor service . takes for ever to get a tech to service your equipment and then maybe you get one that knows what they are doing . so they get the job done the first time around if your lucky. would not recommend
