I don’t know how this shop has any bad reviews!? I went in without calling or any kind of appointment and he literally dropped everything he was doing to help me look into details about a lift and then ordered everything for me! I couldn’t thank them enough for everything.

I stopped in to look for parts for my JK Wrangler and although they didnt have what I was looking for on the shelve, they were able to order it up for me and have it within a few days when I was not able to find it ANYWHERE online. You guys rock and Ill definitely be ordering more parts in the future.

Read the bad reviews. They will steal your money and make it impossible to get it back. Do yourself a favor IF you stupidly decide to purchase through them and do it through PAYPAL. PayPal was able to get me my money back when eBay couldn’t and AZ offroad & performance WOULDNT. Escalation through PayPal guaranteed my return of $1442 that I paid for a product that they never even put the order through for. They ignored me and then played me along for 8 weeks.

Received a quarter of a lift kit they will not send me the missing parts or refund my payment

Ordered front adj jks track bar for my tj, and it arrived 4 days early! The item was packed well and in fine shape. Didnt need to speak to anyone, as for there were zero issues. I love companies like this that hold up there end and deliver what you expected. I am planning on ordering more items including rear track bar, sway bar links...ect. But extream trn is still holding my refund from incorrect parts shipped to me and returned and also gave me an eta of dec3 on the very same front track bar🙄. WISH I USED AZ OFFROAD FIRST.

Great support!I purchased an axle truss (JCR) for an Chrysler 8.25 rear end in Feb 2019. Its Feb. 2020 and I just got around to rebuilding the axle and went to fit it and it was for a Dana 44. While its not ideal that I received the wrong part many companies would have left me hanging when I figured out a year later that something was wrong... Thanks for making it easy and for the quick turnaround guys!!!

Originally found this place on a Craigslist add. I was amazed when Rob told me they had my item in stock. Was a small drive for me to get to the shop but it was fully worth it. Not only was my JCR rock-sliders in stock. They were a very fair price. Had talked about what I wanted to accomplish and the build order I needed to do to keep it within my budget. They didnt try to oversell me. I have never had such a good customer service from any of the other off-road outfitters in Phoenix as I have had here. They have a permanent customer for all my future items. I will continue to shop at AZ Off-Road and Performance for all my future build needs.

Your company refused to ship my product after paying full listed price. The audacity to request additional money or cancel my order really shows how you treat your customers.
