Just once i would like to get all my uniforms. Horrible service. I dont understand what is so hard about bringing the right amount of unifoms, rags, and mop heads. Its been about 2 months since the order has been right. You do not get what you pay for with this company

I liked this company. I worked here before. EASY JOB. I just left to go back to school.

I am not one to write negative reviews on a company but this service has been horrendous the last few months. We ordered uniforms 2-3 months ago and still have not received them. Was told they were on back order, then told they were on the line and would be out next day. Today, still no uniforms and no answer on when we will get them. This is beyond frustrating for a business.

The most unprofessional service, I have ever experienced. Sometimes the truck shows up and sometimes it doesnt.And when they decided to make an appearance they would forget to take the rugs. Sometimes only leave one rug, when we have two. Never leave enough towels that are requested. Then when you call the office, they dont know what day there suppose to be there. They never call back. They never have room in there truck to pick up there lockers. We canceled are Service after Torrence asked to give him 30 days to make the account right. He said he would come personally and never did then they skipped a week . And still didnt have room to pick up the lockers. Oh and asked a me to help him move the lockers. There customer, really. Then AJ told the driver to just leave the lockers in our driveway and left. Because they couldnt find room in there truck. Great customer service. And now Im still waiting to here from someone named Cornelius in the company. I wont hold my breath. As the lockers sit in our driveway. This company is an absolute unorganized, unprofessional company. Ive never seen anything like it.

We have been a customer of UniFirst for over 13 years. Rob Morrow has been our man for I believe all of those years. He takes pride in what he does and always makes sure things are correct. Other than being a San Francisco Giants fan Rob is the man and we all enjoy giving him a hard time every Wednesday morning. Thanks you for the great service buddy!

I really appreciate the service provided by Rob Marrow when delivering my uniforms every Thursday morning without fail. Even though he is hauling 7 sets of uniforms for the week, he comes in with a good mood that always gives us a laugh. Especially when he leaves us the bill haha. He does his job perfectly AND with excellent customer service, which is something I HIGHLY appreciate when working in a rough business like Auto Repair.

Have been a customer for over 12 years, within the last 2 months service has been horrendous. every week my employees are not sure whether they are going to get their uniforms, have not received clean door mats for over a month. This week my 1 employee did not receive any uniforms, have called every day for the last 3 days to find out where his uniform are and no one will my return my calls. If you ask to talk to management they are always out of office or in a meeting. I just called in today and guess what, they are in a meeting, WHAT A JOKE!!! They have no problems billing you for what they do not deliver, Stay clear of UNIFIRST.

Been with UniFirst for 5 yrs now and Rob has been providing some awesome customer service the entire time. He makes sure we are good with all our services, if issues arise he is on them right away. Always comes with a smile on his face, couldnt be more happy to have Rob be our driver

Rob with Unifirst Uniform service is an amazing guy. He is one of the best drivers. He is always on time and strives to correct any issues that may arise. He is always smiling and as helpful as can be.The only issue we have been having is that customer service (not our driver, whoever he has to call to do our orders) is perpetually messing up. we order long sleeves and they send us long shirts with short sleeves. THIS IS NOT OUR DRIVERS FAULT, he is just as frustrated as we are. His attitude and willingness to help us is the reason we stay with unifirst.

Drivers are the face of a uniform service. I was with my last uniform company for over fifteen years because I had a great driver, so great that he moved up the company ladder. Service the went down hill. A Unifirst rep happened to stop in and offer to service my company at a less expensive rate so I switch my service. I recently just renewed my contract with Unifirst because my driver Rob services my company like I expect. He is always pleasant and we look forward to seeing him every week.

Our company has used this linen company for 3 years and within the past year they have been terrible. The drivers always come through when we are busy and we sign to realize that we did not receive our order but we paid for it all. If you are looking for a linen service I would recommend you do not waste your time with them and move on if you ask the driver or call the office they wont resolve your issues or refund you for their mistake. Production department is filthy

I am new to my company but they have been using Unifirst for the 3 years and I have had nothing but a great experience with them.....the bill is always accurate and my driver Troy is always pleasant, accurate and he always makes sure I understand my bill and what he has taken to clean and dropped off., he is also very helpful to our employees that stop him to ask questions. I deal with Direct sales a lot as well and I always get my orders in a timely fashion. Great company and my sales Rep George is always available when I need questions answered.

Our company is very happy with the service we receive from the team at UniFirst. They have great follow up and take care of everything. Compared to other companies we have used in the past, they have the best prices. Thank you to PJ and everyone at UniFirst.

She solved every question I had, very professional. So I came here to make a review, and I sadly seen the below comment. So to have a review as shown below that guy... shame on him. What a loser. Insulting someone, keyboard warrior. I hope no one chooses to do business with that guy.

Would have 5 stars but due to the fact company has accounting issues, my driver who is excellent at what he does has informed Accounting that he has never left my shop without a check paid in full. Mr. Booker made things right. As for quality of Uniforms and service Troy gets 5 Stars as well as Mr. Booker.the 2 reviews below are Clowns of Uni First, my original post was not kind by any means and was updated after speaking with Mr. Booker and resolved the issue at which customer service couldnt do in the first place, as for Johnny and Jennifer below plz... get your facts together and I know and you both know your employees of Uni First, and to go further this company posted on my Google page but yet no one there is a customer.Jennifer Scott... My company has used Unifirst for about 3 years now and we have always received phenomenal service. We have worked directly with George since we have used Unifirst and we couldnt ask for a better account rep. He is very responsive to all of our request and issues. He has always gone above and beyond for us. Whenever we have run into an issue, he is on it within minutes. Troy is our delivery guy and he is the MAN! We had a different delievery guy for a while, we always had missing items and problems with our returns, but we have NEVER had any problems with Troy. Him and George are such great guys to work with. If you are looking for a uniform company, look no further and give Unifirst a try.

I was introduced to Unifirst after a referral from one of my business associates. Initially we were using them for basic supplies but after the outstanding customer service, and overall reduced cost, we use Unifrst for just about everything. Both the operations and the accountants teams were thrilled we no longer had to deal with so many providers. Win, win.The drivers have been on time, have never interrupted business and always have a smile on their face. And while we arent the biggest company, we always have PJ (the manager) personally checking on us to make sure everything is going okay. They make us feel like we are their number one customer.
