Driver has kids in the car with a firearm, maybe not against company policy but very uncomfortable.

They just laugh at you when you call and make you feel like you have no idea what your talking about. Id try elsewhere.

My experience using Sullair compressors has meant very few problems or service calls. When we have needed routine maintenance items everybody at Pioneer has been more than helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Pioneer to any business that requires dependable equipment and superior service.

I would recommend Pioneer Equipment! They have serviced are equipment for years and we appreciate al they do. Mike is fantastic and always seems to trouble shoot any problems quickly. Mike was very skilled and even tried to keep us running while waiting for parts. Highly recommend!!

I think its only fair to give these guys a decent review. I was in a pinch and needed a cheap but reliable compressor for our shop as our screw compressor was going out about 6months ago. The guy I worked with here gave me a pretty good deal on a 7.5hp Champion unit. So far so good 6months later. Transaction went smooth and although I have not used them for service, the sales side was decent.

I worked with Gary at Pioneer on my new compressor purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helped my find the right sized unit. He even had it in stock. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the worst companies in the valley hands down. Our compressor was experiencing some technical issues, Pioneer was contacted on several occasions to perform a routine service. Once the unit started to malfunction major repairs were performed and paid for up front. Recently our machine had failed in every area repaired and was serviced more than 4 times on the exact repairs performed and paid for in the past. Thousands spent and once the repairs became an issue of poor maintenance on pioneers behalf they called and told me to find another service company...... Roger who claims to be the boss, didnt have the decency to call and explain the reason or return any phone calls. Honestly businesses like this should be frowned upon! You would be crazy to use these guys!
