I contacted the company with a question and was on ignore for 27 minutes before I pressed 1 for them to call me back without losing my turn in place of waiting on line. I still have not heard back after an hour. This is not very good customer service if you ask me.

Got there 5 minutes before they closed, but filled my 7 tanks with no worries. Quick friendly service. Helped me load the one heavy tank back into my truck. Payment was not needed as we have an open account. Highly recommended A+ place!

Got there on a Monday around 11am. Got an old 5 gal tank recertified and filled and also bought a new tank. Service was fast and friendly.

Can’t fill propane past 4pm even though it says they don’t close till 5pm. They need to change there hours.

I will supply a comprehensive review of this company when time permits but as of now I would not recommend using them for any service based on my experience.They completely disregard the value behind a customers time and offered no valid excuse for their employees lack of professionalism.

After lots of searching for a place to recertify my large propane tank I was extremely happy with the service provided by Ferrell Gas. Everyone was very nice and the process was done on the spot and quickly. Other places wanted me to drop the tank off and pick it up weeks later which is silly for a visual and general leak test. Any and all propane tanks I need to have certified in the future will be done by Ferrells only.

After dealing with other propane suppliers we are very happy to have discovered Ferrellgas. The people in the office were very helpful in setting up our account and scheduling a prompt delivery at a very competitive price. The delivery driver was also friendly ( Even on a 95° day ) and was especially careful while dragging his hose around our property not to damage any of our landscaping, he even lifted the hose over the rock area to not disturb it and drag gravel into the street as previous companies have. Its a pleasure to do business with a company like Ferrellgas and we appreciate their customer service and attention to detail.Thank you,Ron Berry

Go to get tanks filled. Office is closed the lady working there took off locked the doors to the other employees this was said by the employee working their. Wasted my time.

Came to this location to get 2 LP tanks recertified. All the staff was very helpful and upbeat. Richard, the one to certify my tanks was especially courteous and so gracious.Thanks Ferrellgas!

Back in October before my annual deer hunt I stopped at this location to have my tank recertified and filled. I thought everything was great until I got in The Great Outdoors and smell propane leaking. So I brought it back recently and explain to them what had happened and the customer service was horrible I couldnt get anyone to call me back even when I dropped off my propane tank to find out what was going on I couldnt get anyone to call me back. I just picked up my tank because all they did was certify it but never told me that it needed a new nozzle. So what do you do when you certify it then? I live all the way out in Avondale I drove to this location thinking they were a reputable company but they are not. When you call you get asked if you want to call back or sent to voicemail. But when you walk in the office and no one is sitting at their desk or even working. What a horrible company I will never do business with them again because they never even made it right after all it does take a lot of gas and patience to get over to 35th Avenue and Grand during the holidays on a Friday afternoon but they dont care its all about business with them they dont care about their customers I would not recommend this company at all!

Apparently the workers stop working at 4, even though they are supposed to be open until 5, which would have been great to know before leaving work early and fighting traffic to make it here before their posted closing time.

Cant believe a big ass company would treat anyone like they do. SMFH
