My favorite place to fill up my water jugs. Great service and great prices.
I love this store! Especially the human beings working there who are always friendly. The female is especially outgoing and you can see her smile right through the face mask. They are quick to help if asked, and all have been trained well on the various water storage vessels they sell. Inside R.O. water is 35¢ per gallon. A little higher than most outdoor machines, but you can rinse your bottle out! The Thrifty ice cream sometimes tastes like it has melted and been refrozen. You can actually see the water crystals on some flavors. I rarely buy the ice cream, so didnt knock any stars off. Go get you some water!
What an amazing little business. Having trouble deciding between a shaved ice or ice cream!
The have 9.5 ph alkaline water. 15 bucks for 10 gallon the best price I’ve found thus far in the valleyAND they give you a free alkaline water bottle for that specific purchase! Friendly staff too
Showing religious symbols and phrases is a great way to keep me from using my money here.
This place is unsanitary.....also seems like ALL the employees here are afraid to wear a mask... even when COVID cases were high they never enforced masks. The employees always seem grumpy.
The manager was maskless, as was the only customer in the place when I walked in on January 20th, 2021.
Not following Covid protocol. Person scooping ice cream and filling water was not wearing a mask. Claimed to have medical issue. When asked to step away from my water he was insulted stating, lIts not like I’m breathing on it.” All while obviously breathing and speaking near my drinking water unprotected. $18 in alkaline water will go to my plants because I can not in good conscience pour it for my elderly mother or daughter with asthma. Stay away if you care about your health, clean water, and doing your part to reduce the spread of Covid.
Losing my business as well due to lack of mask by employee. 10 year + customer.
I have been going to this store since it first opened in the 90s. Consistent and consistently good. Very much like the staff hired by new owner starting about five years ago. (Original owner was kinda a bothersome dummy.)
The one employee refuses to wear a mask, all the customers were wearing them. Finding a new water place.
Convenient location, sell thrifty ice cream across from sprouts, low cost for great filtered water!
Its a cool store and good water but really did not appreciate the service from the bald gentleman with a beard. Could really use a chill pill
I love that they have water outside for sampling. I think it was their Kengan (I hope I spelled that right) water. At $1.50 per gallon its a bit pricey but that seems to be the same rate everywhere. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Positive vibe all around. I will definitely be coming back here for my alkaline water needs!
Great place with alkaline water, via Kangen machine. Any negative reviews are BS
They are truly amazing and go above and beyond. They were so helpful when I had my son with me and helped with getting the water.
These guys make the ice right there in the store, so you know its fresh, and made with the same quality water they serve up...and at a great price, too!!!
Friendly staff, alkaline water, fair prices and clean store.
Very nice clerk. Delicious ice cream.
Bad costumer service. The guy looked like he was on drugs. Skinny.hair to the sholders w backward cap. . Han an attitude w some customers
Always good quality water and friendly, helpful staff.
They refuse to answer if the manager was working or not and told me I was rude and hung up on me
Kind and welcoming associate. Very clean place.
Nice people, good shaved ice cones.
Thriftys ice cream is unbeatable
Great experience.
Great place for ice and water, great service
Dont like that AJ guy, got an attitude
Nicest people ever. I always come here
The people are outstanding wonderful service
Great service and awesome thrifty ice cream.
I came looking for distilled water - unfortunately this Water & Ice did not carry it, but the service here was very informative and friendly;Ended up filling a jug of regular water outside and then popping into Sprouts to buy the typical gallon jugs of distilled.
I just went there to fill up 2 gallon water bottles the machine didnt give me my change back in the guy says we cant hand out any cash so I just paid a dollar for 2 gallons of water
The best ice cream in town.
Great water
