They provide filtered water what else is there to say.. Customer service is always great and on point. Oh and also they carry some good old Thrifty icecream which is always a big plus in my book.

This water store (tienda de agua) has plenty of self serving water stations with 2 options drinking water which contains some salt and purified water with no salt. I really like the ozone water which is used to clean your water gallon. The customer service is great and very well organized and clean. You can also get some thrifty ice cream or take a seal half gallon home. Also if you create an account after so many refills you earn a free 5 gallon fill up. The store does charge extra $0.50 to use plastic instead of cash. I highly recommend this place!👍🏼

By far the greatest variety of Thrifty ice cream flavors. The scoop sizes are great for the prices they charge. Also the water and ice they offer is really clean and refreshing. My family has been coming here for years and I highly recommend this water and ice store.

This establishment is well ran. We used to be customers, we moved out of the area. I knew we would be in the area, so I decided to patronize this business. It is so much better, may drive to it anyway. This one has a bottle sanitizer too, which is a big benefit.

They sell Thrifty Ice Cream..yumm👏👏👏I just wish they wore mask before bending inside ice cream freezer. Ice cream and service is outstanding otherwise.

We just came to get Superman Ice cream before closing time. We wanted to order two tub sizes and there wasn’t enough left in the current tub. They had another tub and the girl said it wouldn’t be ready for 20 mins and they closed at 8:00 pm. She was very rude young girl with braces and blonde/brown hair. It would be good customer service to wait the 20 minutes because we made it before closing time. It’s just good customer service. Which obviously she lacked tremendously. They not only lost money but also a potential customer and also gained a negative review.

I love the taste of the water. They dont really talk to you or ask about your day. They do provide wagons to carry out and towels to wipe off the water mess on your bottles.

Always great service, good icecream, very polite. Never had any issues with anybody there. I would rated a 4 star if it had more seating area. But all and all good.

Noticing that some of the employees are not very friendly. An older lady walked right passed us and did not acknowledge/speak to us. It was brought to her attention that we have patronized this business for years; Her excuse was that she had a lot on her mind... Yet she made a beeline to wipe up the area that we had already cleaned; so apparently she was watching us the entire time. Excuses for poor customer service is unacceptable.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, nice and clean inside and the water per gallon is a great deal. Very big ice cream scoops for the cheap price.

Awesome Customer Service! The place is always nice and tidy, drinking water taste great. Also Thrifty ice cream is sold here and at a very reasonable price. I love, love, love coming here. Also, for those getting water fill ups the owners have provided customers with wagons to help them with all those water gallons. I definately bring my business here and will keep it that way until further notice.

Love this place but cant give it a 5 simply because today I asked, very nicely, to the one man I see in there why he was wiping down the tables and the trash cans with the same dish towel and I swear he morphed into the Hulk. He is always sarcastic and borderline rude whenever my family and I come in. But besides him everything else from the water, ice cream, and other staff is awesome!!!!

Called to see if they where open on Memorial day. No one would answer, so I just went anyways and they where open. Overall this is a good place and come here every 2 weeks.

I like Watertyme. On Wednesdays you get a Nickel off per Gallon. They have Ozone to disinfect your bottles.
