I love their ice cream! Tastes so fresh, specially my favorite butter pecan (nuez) and the mango diablitos. Delicious!

This place has amazing paletas and their fruta with lechera and los 3 cereales Wich is shredded coconut oats and peanuts is the best! Totally recommend stopping by!

This place is a rip off. We got a watery Mangonada and “chocolate milkshake” that was literally Nesquik powder, milk and watered down ice. Total was $15. Shame that they are ripping people off. Will not be back.

The best place to get your Mexican junk food cravings satisfied. A bit pricey, but cheaper than driving down South to get your fix. The tostilocos, the coctel de elote, all delicious! The only drawback, the extra fee they charge to pay with your debit card is just taking advantage of people. Take cash instead, lots of cash if youre a family of 5. Enjoy!

Walked in and no one acknowledged us. We waited about 8 minutes or more before someone acknowledged us. The snacks aren’t the best and the “aguas frescas” tasted very watered down and the fruit tasted old. I went there on 3 separate occasions and was disappointed every time.

I got a corn in a cup, it was okay. They use mozzarella cheese instead of cotija which is a deal breaker for me. It was a good amount portion size for 5 dollars.

They charged my card double and when I called they hung up on me and never answered my phone calls.

Not a large variety of ice cream and over priced. I paid $12 for a shake and a small cone and it was nothing special and the shake was watery. I added an extra star cause the lady was nice but Ill stick to my Water and Ice locations for good ice cream.

The decor is a bit goofy but this place is no joke! This is an authentic Mexican ice cream shop. Flavors often rotate in and out but some favorites always remain. Snacks and sandwiches make up the savory menu but the ice cream is undoubtedly the star. If you can order in Spanish, great! If not your speed, pointing and polite nodding will help, many classes and colors rub shoulders for palettas in the Michoacana so no worries. Give it a try but dont call it a dive and dont think its kitsch, its just great.

You have to understand Spanish. Employees not quite fluent in English. Its good tho. I wish I could order something else other than elotes.

We happily stumbled onto this wonderful ice cream shop. We had eaten a few blocks north at Barrio Cafe and it was too noisy to have a conversation there so we walked south to this shop. They have the tastiest ice cream and other treats! Everything was in Spanish so we didnt know what was what but we saw people getting some amazing concoctions. We just had ice cream cones and they were great - the ice cream must be homemade because it was rich and creamy. Well remember this place and stumble onto it again!

They have a huge menu and it can be somewhat confusing, but the staff were very helpful and the food is phenomenal. I had a Reposado, which is ice cream shaved ice and fresh fruit. The fruit is in a sugary syrup which is delicious. If youre looking for a unique treat in Phoenix, this is the place.

This place has been there since I was young and they still dont have at least one English speaking person not even a spanlish speaking person... if your mexican and dont speak Spanish theyre even more rude! Its a good place, they take credit cards and the employees are fluent in Spanish struggle a bit in English. In places like this I believe you do have to have an idea of what the snacks are or go with someone who does. The snack names are sometimes confusing even in simple things like the chicharrones in here are duritos 🤷🏻‍♀️. The raspados are good too and made with real fruit the large is $6+. The icecream tastes delicious is thick and creamy but they only have 14 flavors. Ive tried their asada torta too and is good nothing special thought.

Today I went to this place and bought a corn cocktail, when I was enjoying I looked in my cup and there was a fly, so I decided to tell one of the ladies and her reaction was O a fly, would you like another one ? I sain no thank, you then she responded your welcome! She went ahead and help out the next customers. That right there made me really mad. The cup was still more than half full and I paid $6.00 for it. Really bad costumer service.

Hits the spot when you want hot, cheesy and buttery corn in a cup. I get mine with no mayo. They have fruit cups and ice cream, flan. I even saw chocolate covered bananas.

My little devil ice beverage was good but the staff seem very sad and they need to be a little bit more organized.

Over price, I order it a escamocha, a bowl with bananas, apples, papaya, mango, cantaloupe, strawberries, pinneaple toasted coconut and pecans. What they give me was a cup with only bananas, apples, one piece of mango and one of cantaloupe, a little bit of toasted coconut and peanuts, exaggerated over price.

This place is one of the best places in Phoenix to get ice cream oh, it also has very cheap prices

I was skipped twice & then I asked for a corn in a cup with some butter and cheese & they gave me a soup lookin thing. Ordene elote en bazo con mantequilla y queso. Me dieron caldo de elote! No mames!

I ordered tacos de asada for my coworkers and a diablito. 1/4 through my diablito I noticed what appeared to be some sort of little black bug. I began going through it and found a minimum of 20 of those little black bugs. I immediately called the store and the lady asked that we bring in a picture for our refund. I took the diablito and tacos(which had not been eaten) back for a refund. When I got there, the cashier told me the manager was on break and asked me to wait a few minutes. A few minutes later she went to the back and said the manager was almost done with her break and I waited a few more minutes I explained to the cashier that I needed to get back to work and she shrugged her shoulders. Finally, the manager came out and I told her we wanted to return both the tacos and diablito she became upset and very rude and said there was nothing wrong with the tacos I explained since we had found bugs in the diablito we would rather not eat anything from there. She refunded the money and told us not to ever come back. I ensured her we would not be returning due to the bugs in the food and the rude customer service.

The pictures of the fruit looked really good.I decided to go with my family...as we were entering the place I overheard a group of girls saying it was really good.. so I got really excited about choosing this place for a snack ..waited in line for about 5 minutes, not bad at all. looked at the place it was clean .nice colorful walls, a bit small,not enough seating but luckily I got a table for my fam and myself.as I waited in line my mouth waterd just by looking at the fruits.they looked nice and fresh.the lady that took my order in her early 50s actually put me in a really bad mood ..she was really rude and it looked like she didnt want to be there or take anyones order.I understand it was easter day and she probably wanted to spend it with her family but a smile would have made my customer experience a bit better..I saw the other young lady taking other peoples orders and it actually made me envy those customers lol .I really wished she would have taken my order instead.she was polite and happy to be there,at least she faked it with a smile ..anyhow the fruit cocktail I chose was not good.. I actually make it better it was not sweet at all, I regret not getting it with just lime and chile instead of that white creme..maybe I will give this place another shot,if im around that area .since there are so many other munchies to choose from..but I really hope that I get service from the polite young lady or someone who at least pretends to be happy.my customer service and expirience there sucked ass ☺
