This is the mexican snack place! They have traditional Mexican snacks that include fruits, chips, ice cream, aguas frescas, corn etc 😋.... the quantity overrides the value. They also have authentic Mexican sodas and candy. Feel welcome to try it out, I promise you wont be disappointed

I dont recommend coming here if you value your time, money, and food. For starters extremely overpriced 2.75 for this? And 1.40 in taxes? Excessive. Lady up front extremely rude. I worked retail and fast-food you dont treat people like that. My father ordered. I was waiting to order and she was just fighting with the workers who were utterly clueless as too what to do finally was able to order and young girl was waiting to order and once again she turned around to fight with the workers extremely unprofessional up front says you have to wear masks inside nobody was wearing a mask theyd order and take it off not sure what the point of your sign is then chips for the tosti elote extremely soggy I ordered them 2 min ago no need for them to be so soggy although my father comes here because its close Im taking him to a better quality place with better food and better customer service

I was so saddened when I got home with a to-go order. The cucumber and pineapple were a bit soggy. But what was very discouraging was that the fruit tastes like some kind of lotion or perfume. You should really require employees to not wear any cologne or perfume or even scented lotions. So much for my cravings of a nice dessert. Had to throw it out.

Love this place been coming here for a while before they remodeled, very humble people who work there and everything is delicious. Todo está bien rico, atienden muy bien y buen precio 🙏💯🇲🇽

Good flavors, tons of options.

The staff is friendly but the choices are limited and one time I got a limonada raspado and there was way more ice in it than there was juice very disappointed. I dont know if the owner of that Plaza or that location also owns the bar and grill next door but you can hear the music really loud and its very uncomfortable and I probably can guarantee it affects their sales. But they stay pretty busy in there so I doubt that they care.

Looking for a trust worthy actual clean place during this COVID crisis? Look no further. The workers ere truly earned their A rating for cleanliness. Everything is clean, the employees wash their hands and use gloves properly. Ive always loved this location because their staff is friendly and the foods and drinks are delicious.

This was my second time going. I arrived 10 mins before they closed and asked if they were still serving. With surprise, they said yes and did so with a smile! I was nervous about this due to another reviewer who did not have the same experience unfortunately. They made me order well and were very kind. Everything tastes great. My experience the first time I went was also great. I recommend!

Never going back due to the terrible customer service!!!Chayos has been a place I would always go to since they opened their second location there. I was glad they were getting the recognition they deserved. Though as of late, their customer service has been getting worse. I went late one night, 20 minutes before they closed. Now I know the employees were probably looking forward to going home (I’ve worked in the fast food industry before I understand). Keeping that in mind, they should still be friendly to the customers that come in while their sign reads “open”.From the moment I walked through the door and I bumped into a guy cleaning around the entrance and I said “hi”, no reply. I let that slide and moved to the counter where various workers were cleaning (one was cleaning around the cash register). They all saw me but no one said anything or greeted me. It took them about 4 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. When a lady did she had an attitude, that should have been a sign to walk away and leave the place, but I had already made the trip. I only ask for two thing that didn’t take much to make but every time I talked the lady would just sigh and look somewhere else. She didn’t even take notes when I asked her not to put chili powder on an item and when asked her if she would please give me the cream/ milk of the other item on a separate cup instead of putting in the to go box (since it always overflows and spills). From there I waited a while for my order. While I was waiting more customers came in and I could tell they also felt uncomfortable ordering due to the same treatment I received. When I finally got my order I realized that none of the specifications I had asked for were met. When I told them I had requested the cream aside, they told me that’s how they made it, with everything mixed together.Not surprising at all when I got home I noticed my whole car seat was wet and stained from the cream that spilled (this is the reason why I always ask for the cream on a separate closed cup). At the end, the my items weren’t even all well made and missing a lot of ingredients. After that experience I have decided to never go there every again. There are many other shops like this one popping up all over town and I rather drive a bit more to go try those than deal with the horrible customer service at Chayos.

I never really take my time to write reviews but I had to this time since I always go once a week to try a new antojitos, Mexican snacks, neverias etc i been to la carreta de lily,, oasis raspados,neveria la trampa, just to mention a few and so far this is my favorite spot everything I tried so far is delicious and they hook it up for a good price

They overpriced me on my order I didnt say anything because it wasnt a lot but then they got my order wrong... TWICE! I was being nice and told one of the workers and she gave me attitude because they got my orders wrong..This use to be my favorite raspaderia but after today I wont be coming back..

Neveria chayos. Now in this hot season here they have a variety of flavors in fresh water shavings, not many but still everything is well prepared and friendly service. Everything there looks delicious and it seems like trying so you already know if they are on 27 ave and glendale ave. I recommend it. And there is ample parking. And it is open until 10 at night 7 days a week.

Last Monday afternoon I went to buy a escamocha for my Tuesday lunch and when I opened it it was pure fruit I had no granola or nuts and I called them and they told me that when I came back they would give me a side of nuts which was what The only thing they could do and well nimodo could not do more and today I went to buy something else and I told the one who was attending to the situation and she did not want to give me the nuts because I did not take a picture and it seemed incredible to me it is not because of the nuts but the detail does not matter to the customer, the old woman is dying of hunger, I advise you to check well what you buy because they do not admit complaints or better go somewhere else in 59 and Indian school there is a very good place !
