Went here for the first time recently. LOVE the delicious unique flavors. Never would have thought cheese would be a good ice cream flavor but it was amazing. The prices are great and the service was friendly. We we absolutely be back.

Gladly drive 20 miles for this amazing artesian ice cream once a week. Their interpretation of Avocado ice cream is what keeps me coming in every week but the melon, kiwi and watermelon mint are just as good or better. Always have a hard time choosing the flavors because they let you try them and I fall in love with every single flavor. Been to so many ice cream shops in the valley and this is hand down the best in my opinion. Well done Cucara Macara!

We enjoyed hibiscus, mango, rice pudding, and peanut ice cream. Peanut was the standout, just heavenly. Rice pudding had bits of frozen rice, but the taste was vanilla-laden, quite nice. Five stars for the ice cream and the gracious, friendly owner.My only reason for four stars is that the store smelled strongly of disinfectant. We were grateful for the cleanliness, but the smell was off-putting until our noses got tired of noticing it.We will go back for the ice cream and highly recommend it.

Im glad I visited this spot. I had seen it before, but hesitated to enter because it advertises as an ice cream shop. They do have ice cream, but also non-dairy options. All options are home made and delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend to give it a try.

Lovely atmosphere. My crazy children wanted to sample everything!! The staff was extremely patient and helpful. The chocolate, Cookie Monster, and coconut ice creams were all delicious! We sampled the strawberry shortcake, pecan, egg nog, and cheese!! They were all great. You definitely need to try this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this ice cream! We visited phoenix a month ago, and I still think about it often. Every flavor is amazing. Im even more impressed that they have dairy free flavors! They were hands down the best dairy free ice cream Ive ever had.The woman that works here is kind, helpful, and made my visit extraordinary.Next time we visit Phoenix we will be back! Thank you!!!

This is a locally-owned and Latina-owned business. Their ice cream is homemade, high-quality, and very delicious, with many unique flavors, and the owners (who are also the ones who serve you), are very kind and friendly. It’s now our regular go-to place for ice cream.

What could I possibly say about this place! It’s SOOOO GOOD! I’m so scared to try new places but my husbands cousin told us about this place and I’m so glad we went today! What a great, family owned artisanal ice cream shop! Stopped in on a whim and was greeted and offered to sample anything they had. Lots of great fruit flavors and options to choose from. I split a single to try the strawberry shortcake and nut mix.The nut mix features 3 different nuts and taste of marzipan and I was told that the mother mixes each fresh batch.Quality ingredients and it shows - I’ll definitely be back.

What a wonderful way to end the evening. we were headed home and saw artisan ice cream open. we pulled right in. the ice cream was delicious. the niece who served us was so sweet. the store is really cute. great family run family spit with flavors and textures that are one of kind. try the coffee ice cream or the mango. both were grest.

Magical! A MUST TRY WHEN IN PHOENIX. Amazing family owned restaurant! I would like to say we have a favorite flavor, but we have soooo many favs to count! We drive 25 mins to come here over and over again.

I loved their ice cream! I tried the classic nuez flavor and it was delicious. The flavors are authentic, using recipes from when the owners mom used to work in Mexico. They rotate flavors everyday and I will definitely come back to try them out.

Delicious ice cream with a soft homemade texture and lots of fresh fruit flavors! we had: guanábana, kiwi, coco, and the mixed berry. all were great but the kiwi was so special! we bought a pint with all the flavors together which is the way to go. not the first person to say this but a great combination with tacos sahuaro next door. we also tasted the pine nut which was delicious.

I was hoping for a creamy less sweet ice cream, but it was closer to sorbet with somewhat uninspired flavors. The owner was very sweet but this isnt really a place Id go back to.

Very high prices compared to similar businesses, I looked for a price list, I could not find. I ordered two strawberries with cream, I got strawberries with milk, Id rather pay somewhere else.
