Very friendly and helpful. I was looking for some 2 tubing. I wanted just the cheapest I could get but after answering a few of the questions they gave me the right one that would last and would work for my application and not be a safety hazard.

I have a Koi/Goldfish pond. I had 2 leaks in a hose and the pond lost water. I went to big box stores looking for some new hose. No luck at 4 places. I called a few places and they did. It carry what I need. A man referred me to Southwest Rubber & Supply. I called and Zach answered the phone and told me they have what I need. I drove over and he and another man helped me out. It was not that far and they were so nice and professional. I will use and refer them in the future. Thanks you save me time, money and a headache.
